im making a new thread on heating up

you guys do remember the study that said lap top users have a high risk
of not being able to knock up there wife or girlfreind (cause of the heat)

High heat on your testicles makes it less effective to produce sperm. I don't do warm up and I rarely do a warm down. Not one injury

I never warm up and don't have any problems even with hard jelquing. But I usually jog before Penis Enlargement so it takes care of proper blood flow.
As I remember heat effect is temporary and goes away quickly so don't bother.

Well, testicles regulate their temperature by hanging out when too hot (to cool down) or retracting to your body when too cold (to warm up). This is a mechanism to mantain a certain temperature. I don't know what overheating them causes, but I would bet it's not good, at least for extended periods.

I don't think short warmups/warmdowns will affect too much. Laptop users may hold their laptops over their packages for hours when lying down, and that's probably a reason to worry.

I think it's just high heat too quick. A shower isn't too hot so just stick to that and don't do a warm up.

For lap top users I think it's more electromagnetic radiation and stuff like that not heat itself. My friend who is IT guy was almost infertile. After staying away from all kind of PCs for a while his sperm get back to normal.

True, it's not just the heat from laptops that does it...

My dad once told me that having a boiling hot (ok, not boiling but very very hot) bath can damage the little fellas.

I would not worry at all about a 5 minute warmup with a hot flanel or rice sock, if you are worried then just don't put it on your balls, it's not like you're stretching/jelqing them anyway...
