New to this so need a little advice regarding warm-up and stretching.

Warm-Up: If I plan to do a session combined of a couple of hours with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], then some jelqing followed by pumping, should i warm-up (rice-sock) before attaching the stretcher, before the jelqing or not at all? (i think I read somewhere that a little stretching can be a substitute for warm-up - would the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] be a substitue for the rice-sock)

Stretching:
DLD's beginner routine looks nice, but I'm not gonna sit there pulling it for an hour every day (some days I might find time for the full stretching routine), so I plan to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and do just one of the stretching routines (the 30 second pulls) . Should that be before attaching the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or after?

Light stretching can take the place of a warm up but if you do have the time the Rice Sock will be better. You only need to warmup once before you start your routine. You can choose to warm down after, I usually just do the DLD Testicle Health and Massage found in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words].

Thanks for the reply (and all the valuable info you provide!). Yeah it turned out that a good warm up pre-extender, made it much more "stretchable".

I actually only planned to do one set daily, but it does not take as much time as I iniatially thought (someone wrote 45 minutes somewhere in your thread - obviously its only appx 7 ½ minutes per set), so will try to get 3 sets daily to compliment my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], jelqing and pumping.
