Warm up

I need a new alternative to warming up besides the rice sock because it smelt like it was on fire when I took it out after 60 secs Idk if it was from I used to to much or what but any suggestions to something else?
 
Just got myself a heat pad. Works well if you use it for 10 - 15 mins. I have a shower as a warm down and to wash all the lube off from jelqing.
