Wow...you look huge! I am so happy you found the SiliStretcher it is a pe miracle tool. Are you including other exercises in tandem? Thanks for the pictures they will be an inspiration to all onlookers
 
Yeah DLD, I am currently into my 2nd week of a new block of length training but I'll do a quick catch up of everything since my last posted results almost 3 years ago, spoiler alert, no massive gains, more like recovering lost work/gains from the past. Skip ahead to the pics in the next post if you don't wanna hear the story.

So, looking back I had finished the Phallosan stuff on 19th November 2019 and had the following stats:

Bpel - 19.4cm (7.63")
Mseg - 13.2cm (5.19")

These were the only 2 measurements I was tracking at the time. I don't have pics to match the measurements as they were lost in the hack & I also lost my personal copies when my phone had a meltdown.
Not long after that I stopped training altogether then came back on January 21st 2021 with the following stats:

Bpel - 19.0cm (7.48")
Mseg - 13.1cm (5.15")

Nothing lost really over those 2 months but I fell off with the training again until 29th November 2021 and recorded the following stats to start PE again:

Bpel - 18.6cm (7.32")
Mseg - 13.2cm (5.19")
Beg - 13.5cm (5.31")

It took me a further couple months to actually get a consistent routine going so I settled on just using the Red (MosRed) light every day at least 1 session for 20 mins minimum & my Bathmate X40 for what they recommend of 10 - 15 minutes use a day, easy enough right?
Before anyone starts telling me 5x5x3, yes, I know it well & have done it in the past but the point was to ingrain the daily habit of doing something/anything until skipping a session felt like a part of my day was missing, that's the consistency that will see me victorious.

It took up up until the start of March to be putting daily effort toward PE, through Dec/Jan it was maybe 2 to 3 sessions of BM a week & more using the Red light as consistently as possible, just doing this brought me to stats as of 2nd January 2022:

Nbpel - 14.8cm (5.82")
Bpel - 18.5cm (7.28")
Mseg - 13.3cm (5.23")
Bseg - 13.3cm (5.23")
Useg - 12.4cm (4.88")

March through the end of June saw a consistent daily routine happen & in that 3 month block I think I only missed maybe 4 or 5 days altogether so I was happy with that. Most days would see me using the Red light with either the BM or jelqing, if I did one in the morning I would do the other at night & vice versa. Results are as follows:

20th March 2022
Bpel - 18.9cm (7.44")
Mseg - 13.6cm (5.35")
Bseg - 13.9cm (5.47")
Useg- 12.6cm (4.96")

1st May 2022
Bpel - 18.9cm (7.44")
Mseg - 14.0cm (5.51")
Bseg - 13.8cm (5.43")
Useg - 13.7cm (5.39")
*Note the above measurements were taken when I still had a bit of residual squish/pump from the session, hence why mid shaft & upper shaft numbers shot up.

27th May 2022
Bpel - 19.2cm (7.55")
Mseg - 13.6cm (5.35")
Bseg - 13.9cm (5.47 )
Useg - 12.4cm (4.88")

So yeah, that pretty much catches me up, lost some past gains over time due to no training, wearing snug but not super tight briefs, sex at a minimum, just life getting in the way really. I gained back pretty much the length I lost as well as a smidgen of extra girth With 2 x half hour session per day. My Silistretcher arrived on the 13th of this month & I will set up my daily schedule on the post after next.

Pics are a little funny as I had the Red lights on, I turned them off but left the NIR lights on in later pics which gives them a purple colouring but it makes the numbers on the ruler/tape stand out.

What my ideal week of training looks like currently:

Every day a manual length session around midday after a 15 minute Red light therapy warm up to get everything all loose & warm. DLD newbie routine with the LengthMaster (all directions + btc) bundled left/right/unbundled x 3 full sets holding each stretch for 30 seconds.

Strap into the SiliStretcher for as many hours as possible through the day/evening (usually about 6/7rs I'm averaging). I'll do another 15 - 20 minute red light round again around 11 at night, I'll either jelq or used the Bathmate (DLD H/Core Bathmate stretches), shower up, strap the SS back on for sleep & hopefully see the night through for another day.

Tools at my disposal:
SiliStretcher + h/core belt kit
Lengthmaster
Bathmate X40
 
Obviously life throws stuff at you so you have to be flexible with the routine, time free without bother etc.
Some days the LengthMaster just hates me & won't play nice so instead of getting defeated I'll fall back on stretching by hand & maybe throw in some Power Assist stretches too. Some days I don't get time to even do manual stretching or the Red light & just have to slap the SiliStretcher on & be content with what I can get in for wear time. It all adds up I guess is what I'm saying.
 
PowerAssist stretches.They are a good alternative of the days the Lengthmaster is troublesome. I am happy to see you using your MosRed, such a good addition to all routines. What is your SiliStretcher routine?
 
Honestly DLD, using the Red light as a warm up tool & especially as a recovery/healing method has made a world of difference in my training this time around, I'm actually still amazed after about a year or so of owning one how many applications it can have outside of PE also.

My Silistretcher routine is primarily for passive stretching after manual length work & at night I use it as an ads during sleep to heal while elongated, both purposes falling in line with SRT so as to not allow the penis to retract & with repetition/time transpose to it's new length.

So far I'm only using the basic kit pieces that has the 2 x velcro belt straps & the clip with elastic strap, almost always while wearing the device do far i have it pointed down left/right, attached below my knee. Still mucking around with the hc belt kit, I will report when I find something others may find helpful.

The basics has proven plenty strong enough to have my ligaments on fire & I can honestly feel the SS dragging new length out of me. I used a digital tension (similar to siliscale) scale to check how much force I was applying after my initial manual work & it read at 1.84kg which is roughly 4 pounds. That was while I was standing straight up, I attach just below the knee (will add a pic). It fluctuates as I walk, obviously as my leg completes its range of motion. If I'm seated I'll wrap the elastic around my shin bone & attach the velcro to the outside of my leg. If I extend my leg out I can get a good stretch or if I have it bent I can rotate my foot outward to really get some leverage on the stretch. So no matter what I'm doing throughout the day at home whether it be active or resting, i'm getting a really workout in evrn after the heavy lifting has been completed prior. just can't say enough good things about the SiliStretcher.

DLD, I was wondering if it's possible to buy slabs of the cured raw material (the blue squishy stuff) that the Silipad is made of? I would be after pieces roughly 15-20mm thick and 40mm x 60mm width/length. I'm not picky though, I would quite happily take off cuts and random pieces if you have access to that? I have some ideas. I'll be grabbing a Mity-Vac soon so maybe we could organise an additional charge at the website checkout for the materials & it could be posted with the MV? Happy to discuss in private if needed.

The Mityvac is a kick ass pump and the flexibility in different tube sizes makes all of your pumping needs possible. Lighting really made a great pump. The MOSRED is also another one if his creations that anyone in this for the longhaul a must, extremely versatile.

Time for an update,

The training is still going as close as possible to what I outlined above, there have been quite a few days where it's only been Red/NIR sessions followed by SiliStretcher wear for the day but that has proven successful enough to see movement on the ruler, looking back on my phone notes I was strictly following SRT protocol from the 13th to end of June, had some skin fatigue issues around the glans for a few days but continued the Red + SS portion of my training & am now back into SRT again. A quick tally has me at 202 hours of wear time in the SiliStretcher, almost always ↙️ or ↘️ as shown in previous pics, I had a total of 4 days in the last 27 of focused length routine where no training was completed, feel pretty good about the road ahead, that 8 inches is so so close.

Wow, what a great feeling to be so close to highly coveted eight inches. Now that you have returned to full SRT this should come very quickly. Awesome pictures of the beast!!!
 
Still training as per usual, 15min Red/NIR warm up, 3 sets of LM stretches in all directions + btc, all positions held for 30 seconds, followed up by SiliStretcher wear using the para chord and ankle attachment from the hard core kit as it can wield a great deal more tension than the elastic/velcro strap, usually wear that for a couple hours & then swap back to elastic/velcro as it is easier to manage in the afternoons when I have to be more active around the house.

I did modify my LengthMaster yesterday, I was getting frustrated with my wrapping & slippage/friction while stretching so I altered the chamber by gluing an old cut up durosleeve and added a layer of this latex-ish tape I found at the chemist with an adhesive backing. I put it on both chambers but only the top chamber has the duro on it as it's only the top half of my dick that I ever get issues with using the LM.

I wanted to see if I could complete a light set of stretches using this new set-up without anything on my dick at all & surprisingly I could manage a few stretches but the upwards direction saw skin creep get my glans squished into the gap in the bundle chamber, not painful but I had lost my hold. Simple remedy, I cut a 1 inch length off a smaller durosleeve that came with the SiliStretcher and sat that behind the coronal ridge of the glans to prevent skin creep/slip and good to go!

Just thought I'd share a bundled as well as a normal stretch with the new set-up as well as my hack job on the LM haha.

* I did this knowing full well that gluing shit to my LengthMaster may wreck it and was willing to take that risk in pursuing potential comfort/ease of use with the device for myself. The new ones may be more user friendly so basically I'm saying don't f#ck with stuff unless you are willing to take the consequences if it goes wrong.

Quick update;

Training is still going strong, lengthmaster is super comfy now, my wrap consists of a 1 inch length of Duro sleeve, that's it. I thought maybe the latex tape might slip over time with use but it has held solid, hasn't budged, noooiiiice.

I've added one extra bit of stretching after the LM sets, to up the intensity as adding time to the LM stretching was impractical & i honestly don't want to stand around in my bathroom for that long. When I'm strapped into the SiliStretcher I use the heavy duty para cord & the ankle/foot strap from the hardcore belt kit, get myself reclined in either a comfy chair or bed, shorten the cord right up and extend my leg to get a reeaally strong stretch going, super intense, I can then vary it by moving my foot back & forth.

I usually do an hour of this type of active stretching in a passive stretching device with the first 10 minutes done fully erect, 5 minutes each side with the ankle strap and then afterward the remainder of that hour as mentioned above. Then I will go back to the elastic strap & a more 'medium' intensity stretch for however long for the rest of the day.

I did try full package pumping in the Bathmate the other day, I was sh#tting myself at 1st but after I found I wasn't going to crush my sac in the gaiter I was all good, definitely a stronger suction attaching at that angle to the body that's for sure.
