First session back, those 4 or 5 days off felt like an eternity! Had to remember to take the stretches a little more gently the first couple sets, felt a little stiff but that loose rubbery feel will return, strapped into the phallosan atm with a heat pack on my lap to maximise the blood flow while my knob adjusts to being back in the vacuum again, I always seem to get a little dark discolouring after a break, let's see if the heat reduces that. Feels good to be doing productive pe again ?

We’re finding out that he is very important in PE. I didn’t think about it much until we released the MOSred. But it seems that every person that is invested in this incredible light is seeing more than just discoloration being dealt with but also enhancing girth through collagen. under proper heat the penis becomes malleable which makes it so much easier to stretch.

I really wonder why I made gains so much faster than other people now I’m starting to think it was the heating pad I was using may have been why I gained so quick. I think the MOSRed needs to really be promoted if this is the reason that my gains were so much faster than anyone else.

Happy birthday to you brother when it comes around, this is gonna be a great present for yourself. I think you’re going to see us getting into even deeper ideas around PE that no one has truly thought about yet. We are the pioneers of the PE industry and if we continue adding to our catalog we will be the biggest PE site in the world.
 
So I took a bit longer to update, had a weird rollercoaster of measurements where I actually went backwards for a minute but forward progress has returned with a slight adjustment to my routine, mainly incorporating the phallosan + extender straight after my first sets of more intense manual stretching.

The plus is easy to put on if you are familiar with using extenders and I can apply a great deal more force and in a straight out stretch angle as opposed to wearing the belt to the side. The biggest downfall is how bulky the plus can be, with it straight down and with the bellows adding more length to it all, it ends somewhere halfway down my thigh, not wanting to sound braggish just saying there is no hiding that ? strictly sitting down in baggy pants while I watch a movie or catch up on stuff online so an hour or two tops per day.

So in order of pics:
25th Sep - bpel 18.5cm (went backwards 0.5cm from last measurement)

28th Sep - bpel 18.9cm

2nd Oct - bpel 19.2cm, Mseg 13.0cm (down by 0.1cm, not too concerned on that though).
 
Omg @VoorheesXIII finally I found you!
I was searching since a few days for exactly a thread like this. People who wear extenders for a long amount of time, either in combination with some manual stretching or extender only.

So you started with 17.7cm BPEL, 90days later with extender only you have 18.5cm BPEL.
Another 2 months later with extender + manual training you have 19.2cm BPEL.
That are freaking HUGE gains for mostly extender only brother! +1.5cm gains in 5months :O

1) I'd also be interested in your current flaccid length as it increased from 13cm to 14.3cm the last time you measured.
2) Please also measure BPFSL and tell us, this is really important and shows future BPEL gains
3) Please also let us know your daily wearing time and intensity. I guess it's around 6h a day as you showed a screenshot with 90days and 516h (=5.73h a day). Which intensity did you use on the phallosan, green, yellow or red?
4) Which exercises did you do in your manual training and for how much time are your doing them daily?

1. My flaccid length varies daily depending on external influences like temperature, how much sleep I've had, water/food intake, fatigue from training or from work etc..... that's why I don't really bother too much with it as it's not consistent, I have my flaccid measurements recorded on the phallosan app screenshots in the above post, I think I actually went backwards in that measurement this time around but meh, if I want a nice flaccid hang with a bit of plumpness to it I'll take a few horny goatweed tablets and an hour or so later I'm sittin pretty ?.

2. My bpfsl is currently sitting at 20.6cm, i never check on that really, I will start to note what it is daily in my personal notes before and after my sessions and will comment on anything that seems related in my next measurement update.

3. My average day of p.e looks like this atm;

1 x stretches all directions
1 x 1hr pf (about halfway into the green)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 1hr phallosan plus (extender, also light tension)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 2hrs pf (hovering between green and yellow)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 2hrs pf (green/yellow)

If I have more time on a day off work I will do more but after that block of p.e above my glans can get a little touchy so if that's the case I'll put my duro sleeve on to keep healing while elongated and I can wear that for as long as I feel like, it doesn't budge or slip over the ridge on the glans due to the expansion in the head from being in the vacuum of the pf bell. I have worn the Duro out to the shops without worry and also to work but I keep catching some of the female staff at work trying to slyly take peeks at that area and even though it's a confidence boost it also makes me slightly self conscious.

The manual stretches are by done by hand and in all directions, aka DLD's newbie routine (straight out, up, up to left, up to right, left, right, down to left, down to right, straight down) I also do between the cheeks to the left/right and finish with an A stretch and a V stretch using the power assist piece of the lengthmaster. Sometimes I will also use the power assist to do the left/right stretches but at a 45 degree angle out from my body, can really get some intensity with that one, I think it is called the bow and arrow stretch in the P.A instructional vids, very similar if it's not exactly the same. All stretches are held for 30 seconds each and a full set takes about 8 to 9 minutes to complete then add another minute or 2 to put the phallosan gear on, so I can hog the bathroom for up to 20 minutes at a time multiple times a day, but it's just my wife and I at home so no issues, I could do all my pe anywhere in the house but just having a quiet place with total privacy allows me to focus on getting quality sets in and all my pe gear gets stored in the bathroom so it's also just convenience.

@DLD Thank you! I'm doin my best, hopefully I can help some others along the way with this log and by the the time this 3 month block is done (I'm at day 59 of 90) I will hopefully have the MoSRed to use and I will also be adding the LM to my streching.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the reason I start by doing 1 set of light stretches followed by 1hr of pf at very light tension before doing more intense work is that it's like an extended warm up, by the time that's done everything is all loosey goosey and i can stretch much more effectively with that extra bit of 'give', also my head swells a little from the vacuum and allows for a better anchor point for my grip, not that I'm gripping my glans to stretch but you know what I mean if you are stretching by hand.

Ok......update time.

This 3 month block of training is complete, here is where I am at.

Stats at start of 3 month block;

Bpel - 18.6cm
Mseg - 13.1cm

After 90 days and 407hrs;

Bpel - 19.4cm
Mseg - 13.2cm

I will go into a bit more detail next post but need to get my session started first, will be back shortly.
 
So this 90 day period didn't come and go without it's hiccups and frustrating limitations, the main factors being that I had skin dryness/peeling on the glans, ultra sensitive glans after around the 4 to 5hr mark of time spent in the phallosan, internal bruising of the glans and my frenulum splitting constantly, which is not a fun time at all ?.

So what caused these things and how did I remedy it?

The skin peeling was a direct result of vacuum pressure from the bell in the phallosan, I don't wear a cap in the device, just a silisleeve on the shaft, the bell goes over the glans and the condom rolled over to create a seal (see pic)

after multiple hours the top layer of skin would be a whitish colour and resemble what it would look like if you had it in water for an extended time, all pruny and soft, kind of like rice paper, this could be rubbed/peeled off but left the layer underneath incredibly sensitive and almost impossible to continue training, if I stopped and let it dry, the next day it would peel anyway and come off in chunks, looked like absolute shite and was still ultra sensitive, this is also how my frenulum would split as it would get soft inside the bell and the vacuum pressure would pull it against the edge of the bell and split (also see pics) one thing I did notice was that I always had this condensation build up in the bell when I took it off.

Originally I was using moisturiser to combat the dryness/peeling and to a degree it was working but there was still a problem of sensitivity from internal/external pressures being applied through stretching/vacuum pressure that was limiting the length and intensity my sessions, I'll address that next post so these don't become too lengthy.

Edit: the other big change came from lowering the pressure inside the bell, I was doing 2 to 3 pumps of the bellows before locking it off thinking I needed that much pressure to keep me securely in the device without slippage, i dropped that to 1 pump and then lock and it was fine.

The other big issue I had was bruising of the glans. I originally caused this issue waaaay back when I was using a compression type extender and also going way too full on with the lengthmaster when I 1st purchased it years ago, I always had my glans full of blood to stop it slipping when using these devices and it's still haunting me to this day. It reappeared when I started manually stretching by hand, the internal pressure caused the capillaries to rupture and resulted in a two toned dick that looked quite odd and was incredibly sensitive to touch, throw in a few hours of vacuum pressure on top and it resulted in sessions being cut short due to not being able to handle the pain, it feels like a million pin pricks when it 1st happens and usually takes a couple days of continuous training through it (As much as I could bear) before it would dissipate and go back to normal. Now I should say, this bruising would only happen if i took a day or 2 off and 1st session back it would start again, no idea why but it was a great incentive to train every day without break so as to avoid it happening again.

There is light at the end of the tunell though, I did gain some length despite all this happening and with a recent discovery presented by another member here I have started using a spray on skin/polymer product to create a hard shell to protect my glans from the forces bring applied to it. The difference in training is night and day with regard to the above mentioned issues, with this polymer coating on I can stretch as intense as I want, wear the pf for as long as I want and literally none of the above mentioned occurs, my dick looks brand new even after a full days training under my belt.

To give you an example, this is what a normal day of training looked like before using this spray on polymer compared to after:

1 x stretches all directions
1 x 1hr pf (green)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 2hrs pf (green)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 2hrs pf (green)

And that's on a good day if sensitivity wasn't holding me back. This is what it looks like now:

1 x stretches all directions
1 x 1hr pf (yellow)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 3hrs pf (yellow/red)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 3hrs pf (yellow/red)
2 x stretches all directions
1 x 3hrs pf (red/yellow)

Quite the difference! And some days I've racked up more hours than that, the most in a day so far has been 19hrs of traction belt use and the intensity that I can stretch with is much greater, I'm seeing a change in my bpfsl already after just a week. So I've decided to continue for another 30 maybe 60 days to see where I can take it with this current method before moving to more intense training, pretty excited to see where it can go if I'm being honest.

Sorry for the late reply, here is the link to what I'm currently using but even though I've never used the brush on stuff, it would be a lot easier to apply and control as I have to put down a towel as a makeshift drop sheet so I don't lacquer my bathroom sink when spraying this stuff on, kinda messy.

about the lymph and red glans - this is definitely happening because you're not wearing the protector cap/toe caps LOL, but really isn't bad.
The shedding skin thing, well you also saw that in my thread now, even while always wearing the protector cap.

As much as I'm also being crazy into PE, always take care. It maybe won't be a problem using this for a few days or weeks. But I definitely won't recommend using this every single day for like one year - only because you won't get injuries then. Maybe a silicone sleeve or another better built protector cap will help? @DLD is the genious with the most experience here, what would you recommend?

Or maybe @TuffDong as he knows everything aboutd dick skincare and also owns multiple different oils and creams.
I've seen you're using it for 90days and have 407hrs - that's around 4.5hrs per day and you already getting those injuries? As i've said, I want to wear my extenders 12-16hrs per day.
@Mike03016 should maybe also be able to help. Hope your glans is already back to normal my friend! Injuries are definitely the last thing we want to have.
