Progress thread Virilemos - Routine and Progress

Time for another round of gains! This is the start of a new 3 month stretch.

After the latest discussion I had with @DLD, I will be attacking length and girth in alternating 3 month periods to see what the gains may be. I expect them to be big especially after todays LengthMaster sesh.

What I did for June 1st, 2021:
LengthMaster
Basic Stretches x 2
Bundled Stretches x 2
Erect Stretches x 10min

BPFSL (After LM) - 7.5in

ADS - 2 hours
Leech oil massage x 10min

For some reason I have stretched my skin too much and have created a sore so I didn't do anything yesterday and most likely won't today as well. I think I may be using too much of the self adhesive wrap and its keeping my skin in place so much that its not stretching in some spots and is concentrating on one spot and that caused the sore.

I'll keep you updated, but for now I'm going to let my skin heal so that I can prevent any discoloration.

Make sure you put bacitracin on that injury so it heals quicker and there’s no scarring. I’m so sorry this is happened but you’ll be back in the game very quickly.
 
Just checking in. I haven't done any PE in about a month. I ran into some health issues so PE has been put on the back burner. I'm close to getting answers on what I need to do to get healthier and I'm eager to start back on PE. I still have a length of 7.25in so it seems I've cemented those gains.

I'll be back, but not sure exactly what day. I'm not done getting those gains.

Keep at it my friend! Like you I'm in this for the long haul and I'm not giving up until I achieve my ideal dimensions.

Health is more important than anything else. Take the time you need to get your penis back to a health-free state.

It has been a while since I've been here. An update on my health - everything is going in a great direction and I am getting healthier.

I started back today and will be going for 3 months of length work. Took it pretty easy on my first day back, but glad to be starting again.

Haven't been doing the best of tracking, but I've done manual stretches over the past few days such as the mandingo stretch or maybe its the whale stretch. Can't remember what it's called. Back to tracking today though.

What I did for Aug 16th, 2021:
LengthMaster
Basic Stretches x 1
Bundled Stretches x 2
Erect Stretches x 10 minutes

ADS - 3 hours

BPFSL (After LM ) - 7.75in
BPEL (After Erect LM and Erect Stretches) - 7.5in - this is 0.625in longer than my starting length.

Hope everyone has been doing well. I have been very busy with life but I'm still stretching when I'm able to. I've been curious about my gains so I decided to measure early. I'll still be doing an official measurement soon. I'm pretty happy with my results even though my exercising has been pretty random. I've only been going for length recently and I'm closing in on 7.5in BPEL. If I'm able to achieve this by my official measurement day, that will be a 0.25in increase in the last 3 months. Not bad for not being very dedicated. My BPFSL has reached up to 7.75in.

Overall my goals are still the same. My first goal is to get to a BPEL of 8in. I'm pretty sure I can definitely reach this goal as my cock seems to be growing easily even without daily and sometimes not even weekly stretching.
 
Congratulations, I can see that you are not slowing down, I follow your thread and I envy you the exercise equipment you have ?, together we'll hit in 9 inches ?.
 
My BPEL is 7" and BPFSL is 7.5". I'm eagerly waiting to reach 8 inch. Dont know how long will it take but we will get there.

From what I've read on the forum, 7in is a great number to be at, but it sounds like you're the same as me and you want a mega cock. It's totally possible. You can get an inch in as little as 3 months. It all depends on your level of dedication and the intensity you put into your exercises.

Personally I'm wanting to gain up to 8in before I focus on girth because girth exercises seem easier as my cock get bigger.
 
HuH ??? "we will get there." Do you have a team of people that help you do your PE-training? Do you have an agent, a manager and a publicist as well?
