Progress thread Virilemos - Routine and Progress

I'm not necessarily comparing it to any experience I've had. I've done both with no issue, I just prefer how water pumping feels compared to air pumping. I haven't had any negative experiences with pumping regardless of which option I've used.

In a comparison do you get greater expansion going dry or going wet? Also what routine are you using when you pump?
 
Sorry everyone for not being active. I've had a lot of personal life stuff going on so I haven't had the time to PE. I should be back on track starting April 5th.
 
What I did for April 5th, 2021:

1 half set of basic LengthMaster stretches

Saw that I had a weird bulge on the Corpus Spongiosum below the LM probably, I assume because I was becoming erect.
I didn't like how it looked so I swapped to fulcrum stretches.

45 minutes of Fulcrum Stretches

BPFSL Before PE - 7.125in
BPFSL After PE - 7.25in

Couldn't ADS, I need to buy some Duro sleeves that fit me. Trying to determine which ones will.

5 minutes Erect Stretches - I also had lig pops for the first time.

10 minutes of Leech Oil Massage & Erect Cock Shakes (Not sure if this is a thing, but I enjoy it and it helps me stay rock hard)

What I did for April 7th, 2021:

Took a break today.

I believe I may have been too intense with my PE yesterday even though I didn't do too much. I have two lines at the base of my shaft that looks like I have over stretched the skin to the point of creating a scab. This may be because I'm circumcised and have a somewhat tight foreskin. Also, my glans had what appears to be a small skin abrasion at the corona which I believe is from either staying at 10hg in the MityVac too long or using too much pressure during my SSJ. Next time I will decrease the intensity to confirm that was the cause.

Other that, my cock feels great and I enjoyed the pump I had yesterday. My cock is a little sore today, at least the tunica, my ligs feel fine.

Took a break today.

It’s good you’re taking note of this and searching into what’s causing it. I think if you back off on the intensity and the pressure used you’ll probably find yourself in a better place
 
Usually I only do it for the last 30 seconds of my 5 minute MityVac sessions in 5x5x3 and am at 5hg the rest of the time. This last time I was pumping to 7hg and doing hardcore stretches off and on up to 10hg for around 2-3 minutes each session followed by the 30seconds of 10hg at the end. I think the abrasion on my glans came from a mix of being at high pressure with my cock rubbing the inside of the MityVac as I was doing the hardcore stretches because it's in the exact same spot.

The stretched skin portion that had an issue on the bottom of my shaft I believe is because my foreskin is somewhat tight when using the LM.

BPFSL Before PE - Not sure, forgot to measure
BPFSL After PE - 7.375in - 7.5in

Even though I had to recover for 5 days and heal, it looks like I'm doing well on length since I'm now approaching 7.5in BPFSL. I started at 6.875in.

I haven't checked girth, but I'm not too worried about it. If I gain primarily in length first, I'll just attack girth more later on.

I did 30 minutes ADS now I'm healing extended in a ace wrap.
I need to go ahead and buy new sleeves that fit me so that I don't have so much slippage.

sounds good my brother! You can use ace wrap if you don’t have a sleeve. I also suggest when you order a sleeves you should order a couple different sizes to suit you as you growth.

I did just that. Order a few different ones to figure out the best fit

I gained 0.375in erect length and 0.5in flaccid length.
I gained no girth.

My thoughts:
If I was way more consistent I could have easily gained 0.75-1in erect length and 0.25in girth.
Even though I had life events taking place, I personally feel like I gave it about 40% of my full effort.
I didn't train near as much as I should have and I skipped a lot of girth workouts.

Goals for next measurement:
To be conservative, I will be going for a 0.5in erect length gain and anything more I will consider a bonus.
I will also try to gain 0.125 - 0.25in in girth over the next 3 months.

Time for another round of gains! This is the start of a new 3 month stretch.

After the latest discussion I had with @DLD, I will be attacking length and girth in alternating 3 month periods to see what the gains may be. I expect them to be big especially after todays LengthMaster sesh.

What I did for June 1st, 2021:
LengthMaster
Basic Stretches x 2
Bundled Stretches x 2
Erect Stretches x 10min

BPFSL (After LM) - 7.5in

ADS - 2 hours
Leech oil massage x 10min
