What I did for March 15th, 2021:

5x5x3, 5 minutes MityVac Hardcore Stretches, 20 minutes edging, 1 hr cock ring

Post Workout Measurements:
GEG - 5.325in
MSEG - 5.25in
NBPEG - 5.5in

Notes:
I think I have a small amount of water retention on the bottom left side of my shaft. I may have somewhat over trained. I'll post an update later.

Update on yesterdays girth workout.

Turns out I was correct, it was some water retention as it is completely gone today. In the same spot there is a very small faint bruise, approximately the size of two grains of rice. Overall, my dick is feeling great and strong. I noticed more ridges along the tunica so I'm glad to know the exercises are working. Pretty sure I may be on my way to getting ribs someday.
 
LOL Just keeping it real haha life gets busy sometimes. I have to do more tomorrow because I wasn't able to get my workout in this morning so tomorrow is length and girth.

BPFSL - 7.25-7.375in, using my tape measure to measure where I was on the ruler, I'm at 18.5cm.

Sadly didn’t do girth today, will be doing that tomorrow for sure

Notes:
I noticed after taking my LengthMaster off there was a very noticeable red line around my cock just below where the LM was placed. I also noticed what looks like blood spots on the line, sort of what can come from pumping. After using some hydrocortisone and doing a warm down with the heating pad, the spots have dissipated and the redness of the line has decreased significantly. Now onto ADS.
 
It’s looking like 1in per 6 months may be possible. I don’t want to speak too soon though. I think I’ll definitely be somewhere between 0.5-1in within 6 months from starting. However I’m not seeing the same gains in girth, but I think it is probably because I’ve been lazy on girth. Regardless, I’m happy with length gains. I feel like length is the most time consuming portion of PE.
 
I'm not necessarily comparing it to any experience I've had. I've done both with no issue, I just prefer how water pumping feels compared to air pumping. I haven't had any negative experiences with pumping regardless of which option I've used.
