I do like that the more weight i add the more my penis expand in girth. I noticed also that i hang lower when flaccid and because i think I am not adding too many weights too fast i didn't notice too much turtling.
I read something about while hanging you should reach fatigue. I still don't know how you should know that you have reached fatigue. Can someone explain how to know that you reached fatigue?
