Progress thread Vacuum hanging routine

6 weeks of hanging.
5 day of
vacuum hanging :
- 1 set 2.5kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 3kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 3.5kg (30 minutes)
and wearing extender for 4h.

I do like that the more weight i add the more my penis expand in girth. I noticed also that i hang lower when flaccid and because i think I am not adding too many weights too fast i didn't notice too much turtling.

I read something about while hanging you should reach fatigue. I still don't know how you should know that you have reached fatigue. Can someone explain how to know that you reached fatigue?

Actually you should get to the point of fatigue and from that point continue to work length. In the state of fatigue who’s the best time you can possibly stretch because your pelvic floor muscles are too weak to interfere with the stretch. You know you’ve reached the state when it’s difficult to attain an erection. The state is temporary but is very usable as far as gaining length

The weight is more and more noticeable. Right now im around 9lbs on last set and i can feel its getting heavy. I going to check my stats update when i finish my 8th week. Also i have plans when i will finish my 12th week to add some pump for girth. But first in line is length. My first plan was to achieve 9" bpel in length then add pumping.

Hi dld, thank you for your all advised. Today was a bad day i injured myself. After hanging i noticed a litle bit of blood and got blister. Can you help with healing and what to do next.

First in for most do not pop it, allow it to drain on it’s own. You will need to stay away from compression exercise and pumping until this is healed. Healed means the blister has drained. It’s hard to tell from the picture but is the blood coming from the blister or is the blood coming from your urethra? It looks like a very minor injuries so do not fear! What you can do to speed the process is use a hot compress against the blister two or three times a day and this will allow it to naturally pop on its own and drain without leaving any scars.
 
Thx DLD, there were not so much blood so it was hard to say from where it was coming. But blister already healed. So started hanging again. I will treat this two week as single week because of injury. Let hope i will not have to take a break again.

I didn't post any updates lately. So I still do the same workout increasing weight per week. Right now I started 12 week. With 3x30minutes sets (5kg, 5,5, 6kg) oh vacuum hanging and wearing extender 3-4 hours. In this one month i did not have any increase in BPEL, NBPEL, BPFSL (In flaccid length i can see difference).
