V-Jelqs And Dry Jelqs

Is anyone familiar with these two types of jelqs. If you are would you be able to tell me where I may find some videos on how to perform them or else if you know of some jelqing techniques that are similar or very effective for girth gains.
I have been Penis Enlargementing only for 2 months but have not received any gains in girth, some slight gains in length. My starting measurements were BPenis EnlargementL=7 and MSG=5.

I've heard on a few sites that the above are very effective for girth gains. But can't find how to do them. Especially, the 3-part dry jelqs. Apparently they are great to do during the day when you get a chance.
