For an upward curve I would imagine jelqing in the direction you want the curve would help you get your goal. And for your girth work I would recommend starting out with jelqing to condition the penis. The basic jelq has been know to give some pretty solid gains in the girth department. You could also try clamping, alot of people have had excellent results with clamp work. Or perhaps horse 440's or some Uli's.
