FYI I am currently in Japan and am living where this festival takes place. Its in May. Everything is penis shaped including the food. (they are actually carved into shapes)

Also there is free sake so everyone gets drunk.

When we have street festivals we usually include street vendors. Can you imagine this event including street booths selling bibs, static stretchers, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] dvds, ROPs?!
