turtle effect during lifting

My dick shrinks up whenever I'm lifting or doing something aerobic. Does this happen to anyone else?, also does anyone know how to prevent this?

Yeah me too but i get a sharp funny feeling in it that makes me lighten the weight a little (reminds me of all the guys that say lifting weights gives you a small dick and cant have kids lol )

This happens to me after Im done running...sometimes. It won't shrink that much but it will get smaller.... I think the body uses all the blood for the muscles so theres nothing left for the penis lol

juggers is right. plus, physical activity prompts sympathetic neural activity, while dilation of the penile arteries is prompted by parasympathetic neural activity; these two mechanisms are antagonistic. So there is really no way to prevent the turtle effect--it happens to me and I'm sure it happens to all of us. Fortunately, it shouldnt have an effect on Penis Enlargement so long as it only lasts 30-60 minutes or abouts. You can counter it by applying a hotwrap shortly after working out and/or taking a warm shower.

It seems like the effect is less when I take NO2 products before working out. They're designed to give you more of a muscle pump, maybe it carries over to the other muscle.

You can jelq before hand. May help. Do you wear boxers or briefs when you work out? I find briefs help me stay a tad larger.

mine shrivels up to like 2 inches its terrible. but ur at the gym anyway so who gives a shit. dont wanna be strutting around the gym with a semi. just take a shower at home, and u got nothin to worry about bc whos gonna notice.

Under most gym circumstances I wouldnt, but there are a lot of gorgeous girls that come into my gym... also worried it might have an effect on Penis Enlargement.

put some cloth tape or something as a wrap so it doesn't turtle-up on you. looks like you have incredible hang.
