Hey guy does anyone else believe that turkey neck really effects a persons ability to carry out these exercises. Especially the jelq. I know i always had problems with it and for stretching was difficult too. I think i recall supra saying he was a hard gainer and he suffered with turkey neck too. What do you guys think.

PS- i didn't even know other people had turkey neck until i came on this site.
