Total reconstruction phase 1

Hey guys just started and total reconstruction of myslef. After years of neglect I am changing things up! From excersise to deit to of cousre Penis Enlargement. If any one else is interested in a total reconstruction lets work on it together help keep motivated and accountable.

My journey started this week so lets get this started. If your interested in following along check out my blog. Im goin to try and post things that work from Penis Enlargement to diet to workouts.

Later all and if anyone wants to start a reconstruction lets do it together.

What are your fitness goals? And your starting stats/goals for your penis?

Currently im about

230 and 31% body fat. Not the most shredded guy around!

EG 4 9/16
BPenis EnlargementL 6 1/2

My goals for phase one ( 6 months)

194 lbs and about 17.5% body fat. I think its acheivable and leaves me with some room to move for phase 2.

On the Penis Enlargement side my goal would be

EG 5" gain of 7/16
BPenis EnlargementL 7 1/4 gain of 3/4

I think the goals are acheivable I also set aside weekly goals for everything from gain to hrs and diet requirements. Gives me a log to help keep track of progress! My wife is even helping on the reward part and hey if the Penis Enlargement goals are met we both get a reward!

I will reasses my goals after phase one and set new ones but initally my 52 week goals would be

195 lbs and 14% body fat
EG 5.5
BPenis EnlargementL 8

Not sure I can get there on the Penis Enlargement portion I think you can gain about .02mm/hr of Penis Enlargement obvously this is different for EL and EG but typically what you see is the gains for girth are about half of the lenght gains. Maybe im worng with the numbers but it helps set the goals atleast.

Looks like it is working now. I logged out and came back as a visitor and the blog you just posted was visible.
