took a week.off from.sprain lig

Hi, wait until you are healed properly. You don't want to rush back and do more damage. The same happened to me about 3 weeks ago. And I waited like dld said. You can't gain if your in pain. I know it's not necessary true but it sounds catchy, lol.

Even if it isn't it should be a gain no matter what.

Exactly. It is awesome to have a major goal in mind, like a 2" gain. But it is also important to set a staircase in front of that goal, each step should be a short term goal until you reach the top (goal). It took me 6 months to gain 2" in length.

so.I.should look.at.it.as a.half.inch every.3_5 months

That sounds very reasonable. I do not want you to set yourself up to fail, nor do I want to hold gains back for you. Some men, like myself, gained very quickly in the beginning. I made a 2" gain in length in my first six months and a half inch of girth. This happens to some men, they make very fast initial gains. When I gained the 2" IT TOOK ME 10 YEARS TO GAIN THE REMAINDER. So 1/2" in a 3-5 month span is very doable.
