
Im back in thre gym after suffering from a long spell out after having costocondritis. inflamation of cartlidge in the chest area on sternam causing a pain i would not like to go into... ouch!
Neway im back in the gym now... But because of my long spell out my creatine has gone out of date... Was best beofre 03/06...Would this still be ok to use or be dangerous as these dates are just a guideline? any help on that issue please?

Would be taking all this be too much? is it overload to the body?? I want to take them all as they all help both Penis Enlargement and bodybuilding!
