I know that is not recommended to do length exercise(basic stretching) right after girth(clamping),so i would like to know how much time should i wait between them? ?
To be honest I always do length before girth. But in my opinion it really doesn't matter as long as you stick with the routine your body will adapt and grow.
Makes no difference. I used to do length before girth due to the oily residue left from wet jelqing but I started doing everything dry so it makes no difference.
