I'm guessing you mean "dose" the order matter.

I haven't done this long enough to say for myself. What I've read is split down the middle. Some say it matters some like DLD say it doesn't. I work both at the same time. I want a bigger dick period. Length is good and girth is good. I want it all so I work it all.
 
I would say if you can find the right balance do it at the same time but do whichever one your focusing on more. Some say to only do a length workout and a separate one for a girth workout, or to do them on separate days. I don't think it matters that much but it is easier both physically and psychologically to separate the two so you can focus on whichever one your doing that day.
 
It's usually best to do your girth work first because intense stretching can temporarily exhaust the tissues of the penis, which would make getting any sort of erection/semi-erection immediately afterwards difficult. Now, if you have problems getting too erect during your girth work, then pre-exhausting the penis by doing length work first may help.
