This routine schedule

I'm on this routine m w fri sun but as the week changes should I leave it as it is or follow the one off day that would make it tue thur sat mon. Also is it okay to stretch everyday and edge or is it best not to.
 
It's one on 1 off as the weeks go by the days change maybe I should get it m w f sat no matter if the day falls on a tue.
