I'm new to the forums so I'm not sure whether I've posted this in the right place. Anyway I want to share something thats had me worried since hitting puberty. I was born with one testical and I had a testicle surgically made for me when I was still a couple weeks old. Its been fine till I got to puberty where your balls are meant to drop, and as you can imagine one did and the other didn't. Just by looking you can't tell I've only got one nut but by feeling you can and I'm always been afraid of letting a girl give me a bj without having jeans or boxers still on to cover the area. I just want to know with cosmetic surgery being so advanced today whether you can get a testical put in that feels and looks natural? I doubt I'd go through with it right now seeing as I'm scared of any sharp objects being down that area but in the future I might if its available.
 
I advise you to see a urologist and see if the other testicle is just there and never dropped. If so, it is a very simple procedure to open the canal and pull that testicle down and close up the canal. It is not a major surgery, very easy and simple. I have had experience in working with men who have had this done. GS

when I was an infant/toddler I had a herniated (sp?) testical (basically one testical got really twisted around somehow) and requried surgery. I don't remember any of this of course and really have a fuzzy understanding of what happend.

Anyway, as a result, one testacle doesn't hang low at all. Very noticable difference between the two (at least to me) in the hang. I've NEVER had a girl mention it or seem to notice. don't worry about it. I don't think a girl would care. All balls are differnt and I think I read somewhere that most guys balls hang at slightly different heights, so its just a matter of degree.
 
Tremen, I can tell you are in your teens/early twenties. Although it may seem to be embarassing-- the subject of jokes-- it is really not a big deal. I really can't imagine any woman scorning you because you have one testical. The honest truth is, women are more worried about their fat butts or lopsided boobs than anything a guy may have, so long as he isn't fantastically deformed or a bad lay. Like you said, you can barely tell anyway, so don't fret it. More than likely, when she does discover you have one missing ball, and you explain the circumstances, she'll do little more than chuckle or be intrigued. You can look at it this way: this chick is going to brag later that she was with a guy that only had one ball. That's something unusual that may stir up interest for you if you play it the right way! Imagine some girl telling her friend, "He only has one ball, but he fucked me hardcore, all night long!" ;) Besides, in my experience, women hardly mess with a guy's scrot anyway. Unless you ask them to play with your nuts, they are generally kind of scared of them because they hear all their lives how tender they are and they don't want to hurt a guy.
 
Sorta off topic, but as much as I have heard about "testicles dropping" I never recall this ever happening to me. As far as I remember my balls were always in the same place, just got bigger. So I always found it odd when people talked about that. I think mine dropped when I was born.
 
At 14 ish I noticed that one of my balls hadn't dropped
I went to hospital and had the minor operation to have it fixed.
The worst part was honestly getting shaved beforehand by a nurse ( male of course )
Was uncomfortable for a day or 2 but not painful, but my balls still are quite uneven to look at.
From what I've heard tho' this is extremely common.
I thought it would be agreat idea to tell my schoolmates that I'd had ny appendix out rather than the truth, till someone asked me "what side is your appendix on?"
I have to admit that I still don't know but that day it was on the left

My son was born with only one testicle.

He isn't quite old enough to be getting BJ's quite yet but we (his mother and I) have always talked openly about him being a "one balled man". More then likely he will get surgery after puberty to have a fake on put in but that will be up to him.

Its no big deal not to have one but you will just have to decide if it is worth it or not. My brother in law got one put in after he lost a testicle to cancer.
 
I am 18 and have one ball. I use to have 2. I still actually have 2 but one is the size of a frozen pea and doesn't hang. When I was about 12 or 13 I started to get pains in my sack. One time it got so fucking bad and I was sick about 7 times, started hullucinating. The doctor came to the house but I just said it was my stomach like a pussy, you don't know how much I regret that now! After a few days of being ill my right ball was the size of a frozen pea and didn't hang at all. I couldn't walk properly for a week it hurt so much.

When I was about 17 I decided to get it checked by a doctor and told my parents incase it was cancer. The doctors checked and I had a scan and was fine. They couldn't even tell me what had happened or anything and that was that. I reckon I had that thing were it twisted and sorta strangled itself and died - something like that anyway.

Now I am 18 and it's still the same. I worry about every girl I am with finding out. Only one girl has found out about it. I was seeing her a few months, we were playing about she was feeling down there and she asked me have you only got one ball. I was like shit but I told her and she was really nice and understanding about it. About two days after we stopped seeing each other I got some prank phone call and could hear people in a room and some guy was putting on a stupid voice saying you have one ball and shit like that. I thank god she lived quite far away and didn't go to my school or anything because it's pretty obvious what would have happened.

I'd like to get a fake one put in but don't know much about it really. The problem with me is I still have my old little one which would need to be removed first. I am not sure I want the risk of my working one getting damaged. I'm sure there are quite a few risks involved so I don't know.

I was talking to Stoffel17 about it a while back and he seems to know some about it. He told me: "there are some potential risks and complications. I'll just list the headings for you: Calcium Deposits, Deflation/Rupture of hte Implant, Discomfort/Pain, Displacemtn/Migration/Shifting of the Implant: Dissatisfaction with Cosmetic Results/ Hardening of Testicular Implant/ Hematoma/ Hemorrhage/ Infection/Irritation/Keloid/Necrosis(Necrosis is the death of the tissue cells and may lead to impant extrusion/ Numbness/ Overfilling of Implants/" Kind of scary when you hear that lol

I know exactly how you feel man. People can be so cruel and insensitive about the most stupidest unimportant things but that's life. If you get any more information about it let me know!

I have only one hanging down there too. It's no big deal. My wife loves it, sucks, and rides it like a wild woman. It works great and has fired off enought sperm to make several kids.

I understand totally what you are going through. Middle school and High school sucked. I was totally self-conscience and had an inferiority complex. I didn't have much confidence; and, and in the world of women, confidence is one of the most important traits you can have.

My advice is this,

First, accept your situation and forget about surgery - the risks are too great and could mess you up forever.

Second, work on your confidence - a good way to do that is to change your internal self-talk. I think one of the best things you can say to yourself is "I like myself." Say it over and over. You should also say it out loud like your really mean it. Never say it jokingly.

Third, understand that good women, women worth pursuing, DON'T CARE how many balls you have down there, as long as you have one. They care more about whether you are kind, whether you do the dishes from time to time, make a good income, and overall provide security for them, than they do ab out penis size or ball count.

Overall, your mind is focused on your fear. You are afraid you won't be able to satisfy a woman, and your fear is paralyzing you. Change your mind; you will do fine. I have.
 
Thanks for the support everyone, really means a lot that I can talk openly about this. Btw I'm only 18. Anyway I had enough balls (yes I said balls) to go and ask my mother about it and she confirmed that I was infact born with one testical. I spoke to her about the possibility of surgery and she said it was rather silly of me to even think about it and I should just accept things the way they are. Personally I doubt I will ever get an implant put in unless the risks severly reduce. Right now Im not really bothered about it but more worried about what girls might think. I suppose the only thing to do is be positive and hope they dont make a big deal out of it.

I hate it when people say, "Accept what you have and be happy!". Grrrrrr. Here's the deal. Undescended testicles can become cancerous later in life and it's a good idea to talk to a urologist, not a family practicioner, about it. A simple scan can show where the testicle is as likely it's just undesceneded and not truly missing. Usually the testicle is removed as it will not have developed but again, you need a urologist to tell you. There are implants for missing testes. They are made of silicone but of a firm variety that doesn't leak like the breast implants do. There are also saline implants which are more pliable but may not hold thier shape as well. Once again, go to a urologist. They know pretty much everything about male plumbing and can tell you a wealth of things about how your genitals work.
 
I only have one ball and its never been a problem. One of my balls never dropped and they just removed it.

If a "bitch"(because she truly would have to be one) dumped you sometime in the future because you only have one ball then that is a very fucked upp person to say the least. I mean its such a un important thing realy.

Just dont think about it that much and plastic surgery would imo be a waste of money realy.
