Here's a guy who seems to be comfortable with what he has.
On the one hand, I feel like he could use this forum. On the other hand, maybe we could learn something from him, since this may have a deeper (no pun intended) meaning than we might think :)

I see guys at the gym every day with huge pecks and biceps... so big they're at the point where their thumbs point to each other because their chest overpowers their back due to their imbalances. I also see guys with huge upper bodies and no legs. They either don't know or don't care. I think it's the first because in my experience I've concluded that more humans are oblivious than self-assured. Plus his legs should be bigger for his upper body build.

Theory number 2: He's gay and he's a catcher. He likes being a catcher so he has no use for his package.... and those of us who know a handful of homosexual men can all agree the biggest problem in the gay community is the shortage of receivers. I'm sure he'd get plenty of action.

Legs are too small unless they're like Tom Platz.

On another note he may just have a wife/girlfriend with a very small vagina (I encountered one of those last semester... it was like the Mongolian horde assaulting the Great Wall of China). But also... it could just be that his personality/body/sexual ability in general just make up for his penis size. I mean, I have a friend who is unreasonably ripped (not too big really, just very cut and vascular), who is also short, and never is not getting laid. I have come to the conclusion his penis size is probably around average (I know... wtf kind of "straight" guy am I when I go around guessing other men's penis size?) because he has never boasted about it.... NEVER. I've had friends with just slightly large dicks who got laid a few times in highschool and you wouldn't hear the end to it "It's cause my dick is so big bro...".

Last theory: he is asexual and reproduces by budding.
 
Yes he seems to be budding a new penis that is why his is quite short at the moment. It grows to a huge cock then comes off to form a baby and then the cycle repeats. I think the other theories are mere conjecture.

It's like that episode of the X-Files where the guy bites off his thumb to get out of hand cuffs, then grows a new one... and I think the thumb grows into a person as well. And if it happened on the X-Files, you know that shit's real.
