This extender looks more comfortable. Any thoughts??

Haven't tried it, no. It looks like their version of the "loop" could cause more problems though, especially since the attachment points seem kind of weak. Also, I could evidently gain 4" in one year of wearing the device. That would make me 12"... seems a little exaggerated.

Im curious to see if someone has used both and could compare the two. They have definitely exaggerated on the gains. But those numbers arent a selling point to me. Just wondering on the comfort.

That's the one that i have. Since i don't have both types, i can't say which is more comfortable. One thing about the strap is that if you wear it with alot of tension, the strap has a tendency to loosten after some time. I've since replaced the rubber strap with a velcro strap and this has resolved the problem.

Is it relatively comfortable and can you apply enough tension? Also, how is the quality? Good idea with the velcro.
 
I believe it to be pretty comfortable and is capable of applying sufficent tension, it just comes loose after some time that's all. The quality of the product is very good, i'm sure as good as the Vimax. Mine was manufactured in Germany and was shipped from there.
