The Testical Health Stretch

My balls dont seem to hang enough for me to really get a good grab on them, they kinda occupy the entire scrotum, is this normal to start out with? and when I do the stretch (pulling my penis downward and my balls up) It kinda hurts, it feels like Im pulling the wiring that connects them to everything else too, is that ok? Does this make any sense? hehe
 
That feeling is completely normal, there should be a definite stress or resistance when you do this stretch. Since you are starting with a tight scrotum it may take some time to skin enough that it is more comfortable. You should be tugging both the scrotum and penis.

Thats exactly what I do! IT WORKS!!!!
 
Hard for me to do anything with my balls there so sensitive and I almost fell like iam gonna get sick when i check my balls let alone pull them and stretch them. Besides the balls are temperature controlled saggin when hot and up when cold. Iam not positive but I think its regulated by the cords that are being stretched when u do testicle health so i don't know if its really good for them or not but i can't really do it. Take a really hot 15 minute shower than do your ball exercises i bet u can get a grab than
