The Long Game: Learning with Longstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth

What ever happened to this whole train of thought? It sounded very promising but it just kinda fell off a couple years ago. Did anyone incorporate this into their routine and post results or anything? I'm interested in reading up on this some more.

Bumping it is the fastest way to bring it back

Well me a few others had great results. I see some people attempting it and not getting good enough strain results. I suspect this is either from not using therapeutic heat properly, not using enough weights or being over conditioned and needing a decon or some combination. These strategies are somewhat on the advanced spectrum. I'm coming back from another break and will restart in late September after a race I've been training for. I was up to 8.19 inches BPEL and am now measuring 7.75 inches so I lost about a half inch on a very long decon, which is to be expected. Plus I had intended to do a few more cycles to cement but I work in medical and covid was on some other bullshit.

You need to have some sort of skin conditioning and have your taping method down if using vacuum hanger or extenders. Hell for compression hangers you need to have skin condition and wrap down. You need to know what injuries to avoid and maybe even what the beginning of one looks like. And if like me you got up to 20 lbs hanging or have been stalled for significant amount of time you need to take a long break because the addition of therapeutic heat alone to really tough tissue may not be enough to elicit the strain needed.

This is a Eureka moment for me! I've been manually bag hanging 20lbs 10-15 mins/day and stalled for months. Very recently began bundles. Currently at 9 1/8 bpsfl. 6" EG. I've gained no more than a 1/4" bpsfl since I began PE in March. Is it time for a decon, do I need to invest more time daily or both?

I think both but in a conservative way. You size is amazing so don't be in a rush. Take your time as you progress ✨

Thank you. my NBPEL is 7.6-7.7 conservatively. I'm shooting for 8 NBP but so elusive to achieve. I'm convinced I need a month off and probably a Length Master.

A lenghtmaster will get you there quickly. The power is incredible and the rate of gains surpasses any other method. You do not need a month off a week should be plenty. Good luck my friend

Do you know of any LM 3 sales/discounts? I saw one was posted in the Spring. Thank you,

There is evidence that if stretching is ballistic in nature or reaches a certain stress level the body tries to mainly strengthen penis to further resist stress. This is why stretches don't need to be too aggressive or for hangers don't hang for weight hang for gains.

I wonder how this applies to the LengthMaster, but I rather make much gains as possible in short of amount of time. I also heard hanging toughens the ligs making harder to gain. I guess do time I will find out.

Go for the Lengthmaster nothing better for gains in length

If you are stretching with LenghMaster 3 with active stretching, you have nothing to be worried about. It is so much safer to do active stretches, because you feel what happen to your tissue. You have a direct connection to your tissue.
