The Long Game: Learning with Longstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth

You can do anything you want really. A decon is just reconditioning so technically as long as it's much reduced volume you could. I tend to think if you're doing decons regularly it's best to either taper to where the last week or 2 is absolutely nothing or just do absolutely for the month you take off. I lean more towards doing absolutely nothing but have tappered with ADS before with no loss in gains. If you're doing an extended break because of never taking a decon or being stalled for a long time it's even more important to do nothing.

I may need some help from you in writing up a article on the science behind bundle stretching. If I can write up my theory and give it to you to proofread and add or deduct so it is an easy read. If you don’t have the time I understand, no worries.

Yeah man I'll give it a shot.

Thank you my brother, you’re so much better with words than I am. I should be done with my rough draft soon and it’s all based on bundled stretching. I figured since I invented the stretch I should put some science behind it so everyone can understand it better. So again I appreciate it my friend.

I think I have mentioned this a few times. What's one more. Anything that's "uncemented" will potentially be lost. That is usually only a small fluctuation when you look at it. Once you start back these lost gains are reclaimed very quick and then more gains are ready to be had.

I've taken years off before and lost only 0.25 inches in length. I usually gain that back in 2 weeks. Shorter breaks are less extreme but you get the idea. For instance my current decon of a month I have lost 0.3 cm in BPSFL and around 0.1 cm BPEL. I have learned not to sweat it. My last campaign I pushed through my plateau for an extra 10 days with no new gains. These days there is only so much time I'm willing to devote to PE and honestly think this is a better way after newbie gains. You don't necessarily get better gains by just adding hours upon hours of PE and upping the intensity and weights. After a certain point the penis toughens instead of elongates. With heat this point is reduced somewhat but the plateau still occurs.

If someone has been consistent but stalled for a long time, it's not unusual for them to gain during a decon as the penis heals and remodels.

After these long breaks I would always start again with the newbie routine for the first week or two I would definitely see an increase very quickly but the plateau always comes around the two week mark where I needed to get into something more substantial. What are your plans when you come back?

3.) Therapeutic Heat: Part B, Heating with Ultrasound
Therapeutic range is 39.8-43°C (103.6 to 109.4°F). After 45°C you risk cellular death and below isn't going to get you the effect your after. A member at another site (manko007) did some experiments by placing a thermometer in his urethra and measuring common heat applications. US was able to get to those ranges quicker, maintain best and be the most comfortable.

Therapeutic ultrasound has been used for decades for physical therapy. It's using sound waves to heat up tissues deeper into muscle bellies and tendons. There are precautions like you have to keep the transducer moving because it can heat up bone and cause pain, don't go over spine or other major nerve pathways and no organs other than penis (heart, lung, liver, testicles, prostate, etc). It usually is found in 2 frequencies 1 mHz and 3 mHz.

1 mHz can heat deeper than 2.5-5.0 cm and 3 mHz can heat 0-2.5 cm. Theoretically 3 mHz is ideal but in practical terms both would work just fine. Both heat deep and won't cause skin burn with other methods of heat. If I apply it to my dorsal side I'll mainly feel the heat in the center and on other side of penis.

1 mHz option. Delta 1 mHz.

The 3 mHz option, also the one I currently have. Delta 3 mHz

The Science of Ultrasound Dosing
I personally keep my settings on 1.6-2.0 w/ cm^2 for 10 to 20 min. I've found that to be a safe range and still provide sufficient heating in 5 to 10 min.

Ultrasound now known to me to be the best thing for therapeutic heat around. It can be dangerous if abused so research and common sense need to be used. Far infrared heat lamps, heating pads (especially moist version), or other methods could be used as well with great effects. I just know that ultrasound will reach the therapeutic level quickly and consistently and has little risk if used properly. That means not too long, not to intense and only under a tensile load.

More to come stick around and learn with Longstretch.

@longstretch

How can you adjust the output power intensity in Watt/cm^2 ? I see in this link :Prime Delta 3 MHz Ultrasound Therapy Unit LCD Display Physiotherapy for sale online | eBay

that the device only has a 3.5 Watt/cm^2 output intensity.

What about heating longer than 20 minutes? Can I also heat for 30 minutes during my hanging set? Because my SiliStretcher2 vacuum hanging sets are 30 minutes each.

3.5 w/cm² is the highest intensity. I have gone up to 25 min, I'd imagine as looking as you keep the transducer moving for 30 min will be okay. For me I'd like to keep things right at an hour for time purposes, and after going above that with not much more strain, kept it there. Initially we were thinking of ways to limit exposure to US. I have done 3 different sessions in the same day with multiple ultrasounds sessions as well. Just exercise caution as this is a new frontier. It looks like with Manko007's experiments the temperatures didn't go much above 40°C, so US is generally safe. Just exercise caution and common sense.

With over a year under my belt with US already without any negative signs either visual or functional.
In fact all opposite as the penis is now healthier than a year ago.

It is a new territory and like so often readers tend to read other mans observations as a recommendations.
I personally have chosen a conservative way on introducing the US by limiting the time and sticking with a relative low intensity machine.

There are lot of examples of 20 minutes dose of US in clinical studies and physio therapy found to be safe.
Of course not applied to one´s dick.

That said I am increasing the application time to 25 min myself for having some extra minutes under therapeutical heat.

lmao

Last week I was finally able to get used to the new heat supply (US internal vs external). Being able to be what I consider, more aggressively heating up the unit.
Even with that tho, I am only at 1.7 power with 3mhz.
Not planning on upping this at this time, during my first cycle.

Right now, even being on the conservative side, I am seeing really good BPFSL increases, so no need yet.

I should note that once again following kyrpa's lead I've started to measure right behind the coronal ridge (proximal), for the purpose of tracking daily strain. I measure right at the base of the ridge. Some days I even take a pen and mark the spot to make measuring easier. I feel like normal BPSFL should be tracked as well, perhaps on off days, or pre routine or weekly.

This way takes out many inaccuracies that can happen when fluid buildup of the glans occurs. I use a vac mod to attach the LG hanger to an X4 Labs extender for half an hour, ratcheting up intensity every 5 min. Then I hang with the LG hanger and finally do manual fulcrum stretches using a Bib hardcore and the power assist. Needless to say with the right intensity fluid buildup does occur and can vary greatly from day to day.

What is your current length size now?
