As far as i know do some jelqing but when you reach just below the head stop for 10 sec. that should help!

MonsterMEAT, the best way is to do really slow jelqs and when you come to the end of your shaft you will be pushing blood into the glans. Stop and hold it, grab the base with the other hand and push/pull blood out to the end again. You will get more results with a good erection and it will seem you are going to blow the end out of your penis. You might even get little red dots, but that is normal. Eventually you will se a large mushroom head develop. GS
