The grip when doing basic stretching

I upped the intensity on basic stretching and to do that I had to strengthen the grip on the penis. I understand that you're supposed to grip it just below the head, but as I pulled it my hand slipped and I ended up squeezing my head quite strongly (seemed fine at the moment). Afterwards my head hurt a bit and got all red and a wrinkle appeared so I suppose this isn't the way to do it, correct? Anyway, how can I keep the strong grip without my hand slipping to my dick head after 10 seconds? I'm already using baby powder, is it just a matter of practice?

Did you pull your skin back so the head is naked? Try like that! I had the same problem, and I ignored that pain for a long time, then decided to pull my skin back and grip it that way, if that still hurts you, try using toilet paper, roll around head and that must do the job. Good LUCK!
 
well after some mins a blister below the glans shows up i kept doing that until the blood showed up not a good thing,maybe trying a grip from mid shaft how do they work if you try them let us know:)
 
1. move the skin back and then get a grip
2. try to kegel some blood in the penis . with one hand grip behind glans(not tightly) and with second hand jelq the blood to glans and now increase grip strength which will make your glans bigger with blood when getting a grip.

Never work through blisters, if a blister appears stop what you are doing and spend a couple days using a hot compress to the blister until it breaks and drains on it's own. Breaking a blister before it's time can cause scaring and extended time off.
