Progress thread THE EVERYDAY ROUTINE

At least he keeps trying. I hope it sticks this time

Delete all those days I wasn't consistent 😔 😆 .First session finished about an hour ago ❤️🔥🏆. Pray I keep going until the I get done the 12 weeks SRT routine!! See you guys tomorrow.
 
cool,what was your initial measurement what are your gains so far? how many times you have changed your routine?
Everything is in my Logbook.

But I started with regular hand stretches in every direction for 1 minute per stretch. I remember that in the beginning it was hard to keep the intensity and a hard stretch for one minute...so my hands would shake at the end of that minute, until I change direction. With time I became stronger in my hands.

Then I progressed into (replace regular stretches) bundled stretches in every direction possible. Then later on I got a short broomstick, and did bundled stretches around that, and also used that broomstick to push on my penis outward in some of the stretches. This created a really strong pull of the inner structure of the penis and also deformation and elongation/expansion of the tunica. These where some intense stretches. I did them for 1 hour per day.

Then I got the lengthmaster and started to do bundled downward stretches, but I did a progression to them and therefore skipped the beginner routine. I think I could do that since the bundled stretches with the broomstick where so intense.

I started my length routines at, BPEL: 5" and EG: 5.5" at the base and the middle of my penis.

I don't know where I'm at now since I'm not messuring but I will guess a little over 6“ in BPEL. I will messure at Fourth of August.
 
its been like 4 months since you started and you have gained almost an inch thats ok. i have this power assist and i use it when i stretch as a (counter pull) so to say pull backwards whit one hand and forward whit the other is a strong pull..
