Monday 12 i had a session after work only had about an hour left took me like an hour and half to get the whole session finished..

I started whit ten mins of bundled stretchings
Left n right
Session of bundled stretchings hitting most angles..

300 jelquins i came couldn't hold it ?
20 mins of ssj.

Tuesday april 13 2021
Bundled stretchings 10 minutes
Bundled stretchings btc,downwards outwards upwards etc.
Power assist exercises 10 exercises 3 sets of 60 secs each
20 mins BM. Pressure didn't feel that great need to shave my pubic area for better suction..

I have to add jelqs is going to be hard because of time but is going to be useful I'd do it for two weeks only..or is it ok if I replace them with ssj...

In my opinion jelqs are worthless With the exception of beginners learning, And even in that case I only recommend it for two weeks before you start the SSJ. If there were a better girth exercise I would’ve found it by now!

Everything else sounds really good and I think it’s going to be a gainful routine

Yep i d go with 300 first n jump to 600 the second week.. n that's it i think

Bundled stretchings different directions + 25 cranks each direction
Power assist stretchings 10 exercises 3 sets of 60 secs each exercise.

300 jelqs,
20 mins ssj
20 mins BM pumping different positions upwards, outwards, downwards..

I don't think it's a lot of work but is it going to be gainful if i do all those exercises everyday??

Maybe i could have 30 BM minutes if i don't rest after my everyday activities.

That’s quite a bit of work, I think you’re going to do very well if you practice this regularly. Adding in the BM I highly recommend going with the 5×5×3. You can’t get better expansion than that.
 
Actually I'm having it every night I'm tired but I let the BM suck it hard LOL BM hardcore stretches different directions similar positions as the newbie stretchings!!

I love it my brother! Keep on this and you’re going to do some really good work. How are you liking the power assist exercises?

15 mins bundled stretchings different directions

30 mins power assist stretchings
250 jelqs i knocked one off ? couldn't hold it..lol
 
Using the power assist i spend 3 minutes on every stretch takes about 30 minutes to finish them all is that enough time??

Plenty of time! Three minutes on every PA exercise is quite a bit of work.

We all fall my brother, pick yourself up brush yourself off and get on with it. I love that you’re keeping consistent with this routine and if you remain consistent you’re going to see very good growth

I have to i have no fucking choice but to see great gains,today i woke up late people in the house n felt had no privacy.. couldn't have my session, besides a guy i know had not seen in a while came to visit he told me he was diagnosed with a brain tumor had only 5 months left it's been almost a year and half since then n he's still alive Great story God is keeping him alive!
He will live for so many years more!God bless him
