What is your current girth and is your 7.25" BPEL or EL? Also the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is more of a girth oriented tool.
Also realistically what is your end goal? The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] will get you support you size wise up to 8x6, the next step up from there will be the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words].

Nah, just pick up a wine-vac and modify it. You will get plenty of vacuum and expansion and you will not have to buy another pump in the future.

I am not DLD, but ... Considering you got the Extreme [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], with the hand ball pump, you don't need Wine-vac! The ball can get you to the same intensity. Good choice, happy pumping!

Just don't go too hard in the beginning. If you haven't pumped before and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] is your first venture; use the pressure you can get from the pump with just the pushing movement. Get used to that first and then start using the ball.
Hard to recommend a set time when to, but not knowing your history, I'd say just ease into pumping in 1-3 months. Sounds like a lot I guess; listen to your body. Big enlargement just doesn't happen overnight ...
