Wow! That really does suck. I wonder what could have happened. Every testomonial I have heard about the ROP, until now, has been great.

Are you looking for a temporary solution to your testosterone drop yet?

Well this goes to show that the ROP is a double edged sword. Not what I would have wanted to see as I thought that it would be most beneficial and I'm still yet to post my results from the 1 month I used the ROP late last year.

If the ROP lowers test [which it does in this case] we now must try and figure out WHY it has made the test lower than they were before the ROP was worn reguler.

You need multiple tests over time to see what your actual T levels are, a before/after like this doesn't prove much.

That being said the ROP is a useless piece of crap I don't think will hurt you but it sure as hell won't do anything to improve T levels.

Let us not forget that the ROP is a Supra product and not an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] product. Again, the ROP was coined by Supra, not [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] nor any mod nor admin.

Test levels can fluctuate alot in most people. Variables must be understood such as time of day, week, month and season. Diet, rest, stress levels and other things effect test levels.

I don't think this 12 day test devalues the ROP. I would really like to see some real testing done on the ROP to once and for all give us some conclusive facts.

Royce isn't the first person to get bloodwork that showed T levels dropped from wearing the ROP. On the contrary, everyone for the ROP only have testimonials with no actual proof.

Sorry, I have what is probably a stupid question. What does R.O.P. stand for?

ROP (ring of power) is a promotional acronym coined by member Supra and he gave this name to a device that was designed by others. You can actually see where Supra stole the idea at this link: http://tom-hubbard.Thund3rs Pl@ce.org/sperm.htm

You can also build one for yourself from Tom's information. Supra charged members big bucks for these things. Many members here were fleeced by this promotion and Supra actually took advantage of his MOD powers to manipulate members and to delete negative information about "his" ROP devices. It was all about the buck.

I put this information out to the members not to harm any member's reputation but rather to educate you guys and make you aware of any scams that might be going on behind the scenes that are not the responsibility of, nor supported by the MODS and Admin of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

Too much factors influencing your testosterone levels, so this kind of tests show nothing.

But what can be said is the ROP won't do shit as far as testosterone is concerned, not in a positive neither in a negative way.

Sorry for another even more stupid question, What the hell is ring of power?:( Ive heard mention it alot but I dont know what it is? Can someone give a link or explain what it is.

Yeah, Dashdemming posted a link a few posts up. Read closely =-)

Well, first I'm not saying the ROP won't have possible benefits, could be. But I'm a bodybuilder, without any medical background but I did read lots of studies and papers about endocrinology, the human body, doping substances etc. and it's just not the way hormonal mechanisms work in the body.

Ok, I have to agree: you'll never know for sure and many also think enlarging your dick is impossible but there is just no kind of reasoning behind the ROP why it could raise testosterone.

But like I said, those who believe in it go ahead! And maybe its use has other benefits.

Hey Zewt,no i didn´t. i just stopped using it. I forgot to mention that i took both tests in the same hour in the day, from 7- 8 h.

Yeah i would like too to see a definite test on this.

SO Royce, did you think in that one hour of wearing the ROP, that your testostrerone levels would shoot up, I'd imagine that it'd take alot more time than that.

I recall quite a bit of discussion about the merits (and criticism...)of the ROP over a year ago. I had made my own using a zinc and copper rod that I plated silver with a home silver plating kit. Silver was chosen as it has a higher galvanic effect with zinc than copper does. When the real negative comments came out on the ROP someone ( I think Red but if I am wrong apologies up front) mentioned that the larger sack and better flacid hang was caused by the constriction of the tubing and less about the metals involved causing a battery effect that caused absorption of zinc into the body thereby boosting testosterone. So I changed mine to just be a single loop of the same rubber tubing and wore that for almost 3 months with no change from when I was wearing the ROP. As a result, my personal opinion is that the 'gain' is based on constriction and nothing else. You can probably buy zinc in a cream and lather your scrotum every day if the zinc is the key here. My $0.02.

I tried it for a short time and the first and very noticeable change was a clear increase in chest hair, which seems to indicate an increase in testosterone. I'm 35 years old, so I know this is not a natural hair growth, so based on this alone, it seems to confirm the fact that the device does work.

Seems to me from everyones feedback that it sometimes works and sometimes doesnt work. It needs a REALLY good Scientific study done.
Can we not get something sorted here to do this? ideas from the clever folk on what we could use and do etc.

I noticed positive changes when I worn myn, but cant remember all of the changes and will need to find the paper I wrote my notes on.

This is hardly evidence.... I've been on plenty of steroid cycles running anywhere from 500mg to 1 gram of test per week and i didn't get any significant hair growth on my chest or any other part of my body. Alot of my buddies that have cycled steroids were the same.

There's no way in hell that a ROP could ever get test levels anywhere near what 500mg of test per week would so i seriously doubt that what you claim is confirmation that the ROP is working. No one to date has shown the ROP to raise test levels except Supra, but two have blood tests to prove the opposite.

The thing is that people who claim that the ROP doesn't work have have two bloodtests to prove their claims... people who are for it only have their testimony that it MAY have worked with no real proof whatsoever. Comparing someone saying that he felt better with the ROP versus someone with blood tests saying the opposite is no contest. I personally feel that most people's claim of benefits from the ROP are placebo. If at least one person can show bloodwork that it does raise test then i would agree that maybe a study should be done, but until then... i think it would be a waste.

I agree that a more scientific test is in order. What I wonder is what other things can manipulate testosterone level? Assuming no injections or pills.. I am talking about a natural diet. Are there things that also adjust testosterone that could fool the blood tests into either a false positive or negative? It would be cool if the ROP would work. I have the means to make them and sell them at a reasonable price, but I can't in good conscience if they just restrict to give the impression of something and the day after you take it off things are back to normal. A cool design would be one that does not trip the metal detector at airport screening. Explain that you are wearing metal to the TSA to make your cock grow... :)

BTW Red, saw your progress pics, dude you have inspired me!! Well done! OR as the guys in the most recent Guiness beer [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words]... BRILLIANT!!

There is a contradiction here. You say 2 blood test is enough proof versus claims. That means you should also believe the ROP actually lowers test levels. But then you say a study would be a waste becouse claimed benefits are placebo?? So what is it, do you believe 2 tests prove something or not?

I would believe 2 single blood tests hardly prove anything. If a statistically valid group of subjects were to have their test levels tested several times a day for enough time to fully characterize their test level cycles, then given the ROP and all repeated, then we could actually say something is up, wheter good or bad.

Let me clarify my position... I believe that the ROP does nothing at best and possibly lowers T levels as the blood tests have shown. I also believe that all the positive reviews about the ROP are likely placebo. That said, i am open minded enough that if someone can post evidence other than touchy-feely anecdotal claims, i would readily rethink my position.

Yes 2 blood tests hardly prove anything, i think we can both agree with that. My point was that no one for the ROP has shown any evidence that even comes close to the two blood test in proving that it does in fact raise test levels. A few people saying that they "felt better" with it or they "think it worked because of this or that..." is of little value without real data to support it.

If a statistically valid group of subjects were to have their test levels tested several times a day for enough time to fully characterize their test level cycles, then given the ROP and all repeated, then we could actually say something is up, wheter good or bad.
Who amoung us could realistically justify spending the kind of money to fully characterize their test levels?? Who's going to spend hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars, trying to prove the efficacy of a $10 piece of hardware?? I sure don't... If someone can show at least one blood test that show it raised their T levels, something real and tangible to work with then we have something worth discussing...

This is only my opinion and you (as well as others) are welcome to disagree.

My experience with steroids say no... I believe that any affect testosterone has on the penis is thru its aromatization to DHT. DHT is the most androgenic of all homones and is the primary hormone that defines male sexual characteristics.

I can see you are. But there is no valid evidence either way. Anecdotal claims are almost all there is. I would also happily make my mind about this if there was solid proof of something.

I can't really. But when people talk about it all they talk about is test levels (I don't have any reason to believe it raises them btw), while I think there could be other effects, assuming not all is placebo. But at the end all we really know is the ROP produces electricity, nothing else.

It's not really worth discussing becouse people who try it will make their own oppinions and then have nothing solid to convince others.
