So you corrected your curve with just dld erect bends? I was trying to fix my curve with lm3 but my penis curvature is somehow strange I don't know where to bend or not bend !

I thought that "what if just overpower the situation" meaning that if I do bundled literal stretches with punping it would naturally fix but I do not know if that's possible

I agree 100%! I weighed about 280 pounds and much of my penis was hidden was about 2.5" This is when I went on a serious exercise and diet and I dropped down to 180 all of my penis was exposed. I gained 2.5" just by losing that way. As a matter of fact, if you look at my picture you can see there was no different measurements between flaccid stretched and erect length were almost identical. I need to do this again because I weigh 200 now and I need to get back to 180. I know what to do I just need to do it. I keep putting it off but I need to get off my ass and do it. Change is so hard for me because I am extremely OCD and when I make any change it takes time to adjust to it. I used to jog but I cant do that now because everywhere there is ice. I fall on my ass every time I go get the mail. Winter makes these things difficult.

Just walking loses weight Boss. For $150 bux on Amazon one can get a under desk treadmill and burn calories while staring at screens instead of sitting on ones duff. Approx ~100 calories per hour at a 1 mph easy gait and not breaking a sweat. And it's easy to stack 3-4-5 hours a day on one if you normally sit at a desk that long or longer.

I will start to walk more and eventually jog when I gain that strength. I am agoraphobic so it is difficult to do these things but I pray everyday to get through my agoraphobia and get out of the house but so far I am still stuck. I can walk up and down my steps in my house which will help me eventually get outside. Diet is also an issue as I cant afford food as it is so expensive so I eat cheap junk food and I only eat once a day, I know this is bad too. I really believe that Jesus will get me through this and get me in the position to walk and jog outside. Currently I am unable to go outside my property. Thanks for the advice, may God bless you.

I will say a prayer in Jesus' name that God heals you of this Agoraphobia and helps you with your sustenance. Healthy food doesn't have too be expensive. God bless you too my brother in Jesus.
