First a bit of background info, ive been Penis Enlargement'ing for over a year and then stopped for around 6 - 7 months with the occasional routine here and there. I made a .75" in EL over a one year period and a .6" in EG. Its girth I'm mainly after, but I'm working length too just not as much. I will be doing this routine 6 on 1 off.
1 min stretches in each direction (left,right,up,down) x 2 - length
5 min squat stretch - length
20 min clamped session inc horse squeezes (girth) for the first 15 Min's, then erect bends for the remaining 5Min's (length)
20min clamped session inc dual horse squeezes (girth) for 10Min's, then clamped jelqing for 10 Min's (girth)
The whole routine takes around 1h10m inc breaks etc. Even though it takes alot of time I'm not sure if its enough, so please post your views.
P.S nice too see some new faces to the board since ive been away.
