I've been reading about l-glutamine lately. It seems to have quite some value as an aid to body building, growth hormone and an aid in healing damaged tissue. Any body have any experience or thoughts about it?
It helps to produce nitric oxide in the body, which is the main component to getting an erection. Products which help produce nitric oxide all help bloodflow around the body so would be a good supplement with pe. I take some nitric oxide enhancers for weight training and they help getting a great pump in the muscles and my erections are more frequent.
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the blood and muscle cells. Your body needs Glutamine more in certain situations such as strenuous exercise, injuries and illnesses occur are the main ones. It promotes protein synthesis by maintianing positive nitrogen balance in the muscle tissues and prvent muscle breakdown. Athletes who dont supplement it into their diet can become more susceptable to colds and other illnesses. Only 2 grams are neede to to increase plasma growth hormone levels and 8 grams has been shown to increase glycogen resynthesis. Its VITAL as a post exercise supplement. I have used it since I started lifting weights and wouldnt be without it, I never get colds and I thank my enhanced levels of Glutamine for that. Best food for it are round steak, chicken breast, chicken thigh, ground beef and ham.
