Hey guys maybe we can all pitch in and give DLD some suggestions based upon our experience as users.
Being a newbie finishing my 7th week, I've run across many things that I wish DLD would have included in the phase one information on the main page.
1) Best way to measure progress according to DLD in the forums is Bone pressed flaccid stretched length. I just found this today. Was ready to move onto phase 2 because I feel my length hasn't done much but now I'll measure and wait a couple more.
2) Preventing turkey neck by holding the balls or stretching the skin at the balls in the opposite direction while jelquing. I have a tiny bit of extra turkey neck since I didn't know about this till a month into it. Also stretch the ligs not the skin. Wish this would've been emphasized.
3) Try to clear up the discrepency with the videos, forums, and text all saying different things about phase one. Number and types of stretches are different. I'm now going back to 3x each stretch + the behind the cheeks stretches I did at the beginning after thinking it was only what the text said.
4) Time of jelquing instead of reps. DLD mentioned it's easier to just relax and not count reps...maybe he could add onto his description in parenthesis (300 2 second jelqs = 10 minutes and 600 2 second jelqs = 20 minutes) just to emphasize this point.
5) Kegals take time. I couldn't do a 60 second kegal when I first started. Just a quick..."you may not be able to achieve this goal at first but work up to it" I understand some of this may go without saying but I came into this Penis Enlargement thing in awe that this was all possible.
Well that's all I have to start. This is certainly not a knock on what DLD has done here. This site is awesome and I'm very thankful for it. I'll try free stuff all day without frustration. DLD saved me a ton of money and aggitation. Keep up the excellent work.
