How does this pertain to pe? According to the article you can at least tone your PC muscle by imagining kegels. But I have to kinda wonder what physiological reactions might take place imagining your routine, or an entirely different routine. Or if possibly imagining that pe can't work can make that a reality. Or that visualizing your goal might do more than offer encouragement to keep you going.
