Hey you guys remember the strap on "ab belt" of 2 years ago? can i just attach one of those to my pc and turn it on for a work out? <----Just couldn't resist the laughs
1) Do 50 kegels per day for a few days. This should improve them.
2)Add reverse kegels - Get as hard as possible, do a reverse kegel to make the glans balloon, then do a light kegel. Do 10-20 of these per day.
