Stretching with Aid of Heat

What do you guys think about doing the beginner stretches while keeping the same rice sock used for a 12 min warmup still applied (re-warmed) while stretching in all directions. I thought about doing this a few days ago and just did it the first time today. the ligs feel warm/hot to the touch and very pliable and loose during the stretches. i feel i don't have to pull as hard to get to a maximum full stretch. For the first set of streches it is almost like the penis is letting itself go if that makes sense. very relaxed

This is what i did:

Warmup with rice sock for 12 min while holding the penis is semi extended position, so i could target the surrounding ligs.
Light Stretches with rice sock used in all directions for 60 sec. done while sitting down and relaxed.
Rotary Stretches
Medium/intense stretches with no rice sock for 30 sec. each.
Rotary stretches.
Cool Down


In my mind i would think this might be a very beneficial and efficient way to stretch the ligs as the heat keeps them nice and pliable so you are not fighting pulling cold ligs which might be tight and unforgiving.The stretches took me 22 min to complete not including the 12 min warmup beforehand.

I bet i am not the first to try this out so if anyone has done this and can add in whether it does good, or maybe it does nothing, and perhaps is actually bad, please chime in. If this is quite new i will try this for 2 weeks 6 days a week and post the resulting BPFSL. if there is quite an improvement, Ill at least know something was working. thanks !!!

There's been a LOT of debate and theory-craft over this concept over the last 9 years-ish I've been on the various Penis Enlargement forums. Some guys believe hands down, heat helps, some like me, don't. I've seemed to have made gains without. My thought is basically, the ligaments and tissues we theorize about warming are in fact already at least 96 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to being a part of our bodies. Raising the temperature very briefly for what a couple minutes until the tissues return to body temp....is that really going to provide a benefit? Also, for how long would you have to ''warm'' an area before the temperature of the said tissues actually got warmer than body temp?? Another thought to ponder could be, how long will those tissues actually STAY warmed above body temp..assuming you can get them sufficiently warmer in the first place?? It just never made sense to me as to why a healthy adult man should need to attempt to ''warm'' his penis in order to get a better stretch. It sounds nice in theory though. We have to remember though, the penis is flesh and tissue, NOT rubber or plastic, or some other material that becomes more pliable when warm. There is no ''viscosity'' to the penis...so why bother? That's my logic to my thoughts on the subject. You're free to think what you like of course. If you feel it works, go for it.
 
It would probrably be beater to use a IR lamp and a rice sock to keep the tissues warm throughout the whole set. I use a portable heater next to my dick and tuck away my balls to for saftety. When theoripist stretched there patiants ligiments and muscles they use ultra sound to heat up the tissues.
 
Still, thank you man. This whole concept of warming is crazy, yet 99.9% of the people in Penis Enlargement think it is the only way to go. Over at the Gym I am being crucified because I am arguing that warming up prior to jelqing is unnecessary. I don't know which warming up is closer to - The Bill of Rights or the Ten Commandments - but heaven help those of us who don't buy into it.
