Stretching pains

Hi everyone

I have been reading other threads about pain/stretching but just needed to run something by everyone

I do normal stretches everyday jelq 3 on 1 off (been trying to) and ive noticed especially tonight pain when stretching

Now I know pain from loins (or whatever it is) is normal, but this feels like a burn from both sides, lasting when doing the stretches, and so far about 10 mins after although it has simmered down

Is this normal? I know no pain no gain, but I dont want to push to far and hurt myself!!

Ideas??
 
Very normal and short lived. This usually happens in teh first few weeks of pe or when you switch to a more intense routine. Keep on stretchin!
 
Are there any serious injuries you can get from stretching/length exercises or is most of the stuff you hear about come more from jelqing? It seems like a lot of what I have read has more to do with blood and bruising etc. which would suggest jelq/girth stuff. Is this true?
