stretching/morningwood

I stretch pretty early some days, and get up around 6am to do it.
The only thing is that it takes me like an half and hour to get my morning wood undercontrol to be able to properly stretch.
I have done pushups till I'm outa breath which usually subsides this problem, but who the hell wants to do that at 6 in the morning, any thoughts, serious ones are welcome as well.
I would have to wake up at 5:30 just to get my wood under control.
I was thinking maybe like rubbing some vics on my dick or something, maybe I'll try that, I even tryed putting some cold water in my hand and spashing my privates, but I don't even think that helped cuz, right when I started to stretch, maybe 6:05 my wood was raging again. I might just have to do the pushup senserio or some other oxygen consuming excersice to get the blood moving out of my dick.....
 
I've never heard of this or have no personal experience with this. I wake up sometimes with the morning wood that is hard as steel, but it's gone within two minutes.

I think you need to visualize it away. You need to take your mind completely out of anything that is a sexual state. Try this one and see if it helps: Take a seat near your television and visualize yourself watching something like championship ballroom dancing on PBS. Here the soft music, the dry commentary, etc. Something like that is the polar opposite of sexually stimulating thought, unless you have a fantasy about aristocratic grannies.
 
na I know what I need to do, just wondering if any one else ever experienced it. it's like I gotta be out of the house by a certain time and if I can't keep my shit under control for like 15 minutes, it's cutting into my sessions. I'll probably set the clock back an extra 15 minutes, wake up and do some pushups till fatigue, that certainly will help.
 
Put the news on tv or some golf or cricket. That should get it down. Or you could do your jelqing in the morning if you have good wood and do your stretching later on in the day?
 
I heard awhile back on the hangers forum that people had the problem of getting hard while they were wrapping. Someone said that if you dunk your balls in really cold water it makes erection go away fairly quickly and stay away. I've personally never tried it as it wasn't really a problem, but its sounds plausible. You might want to give it a try and let us know.
Also when I do a hot wrap with really hot water (as hot as my faucet will go, which may be different from yours), it hurts a little at first but then the pain subsides, and this usually kills any traces of an erection too. Plus it would help you warmup before the stretch. So there you go either really cold on the balls, or really hot on the dick. Either way extreme temps seem to work. Thank you for the advise Joe, I have the same issue when I try to stretch or hang... most of the time I just give in and do girth work.
