stretching dvd clairification

On the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] Phase one in relation to the stretching exercises there is downward stretching followed by sideward's right and left although on the text there are 4 different stretches outlined 1. Behind the cheeks 2. Downward 3. Straight out 4. Upward with instructions on doing this centre, left and right.

I am clear about how to do the stretches outlined in the video but am not clear about what is meant in the text.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Between the cheeks, downwards, straight out and upwards are the 4 different categories per se. Within each category you are supposed to go to the left, right and straight.
So for BTC you go left, right and right in line with the crack.
With downwards you go downwards to the left like a diagonal, straight down, then downwards to the right, again diagonal.
And so on when it comes to straight out and upwards.
