Stretchers with a noose - experiences?

I've bought the penismaster with the strap style, but I'm not confident with it because either the penis slipps off or it's to tight and cuts circulation. I tried different ways of padding but nothing worked for me. The slipping effect was just higher.

I saw the x4lab or the static stretcher, but there are some details which I don't like. So I'm thinking about to buy a noose-strechter (like fastsize / [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes-extender[/words] / [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] / andropenis). I think this stretchers are sometimes the same just with another name, some of this company advanced their noose-stretchers with the "comfort" strap of the penismaster and claim this would be superior that makes me curious. Is the noose worse than the strap - if so I wouldn't buy it.

My questions to the guys who use / used noose stretchers are:

1. Is the noose "dangerous" - cutting off blood circulation - what could lead to less sensivity in the glans?

2. And some of this noose stretchers come with foam padding - does this help?

i got the x4labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and it came with the comfort strap and the noose...at first i couldn't wear neither of them because of slippage...i know have gotten the hang of it and i use the noose...it does cut off blood so you have to be careful...but if you go to fedora's [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] padding thread...it shows you how to wrap behind the glans to reduce the lost of circulation...wrapping is very important...i wrap pretty good and i my penis doesn't get that cold feeling unless i leave it on too long...the foam padding is suppose to help...but i didn't get much use out of it..fedora made me a pad using a old weight lifting glove i believe and that helps a lot...but the padding is too thin i believe

if you do get the noose style it is probably a good idea of once you secure you penis in the chamber and pull the noose down on it tight...to wrap some tape around the whole device...that is a suggestion from lil fella and it works really well...and make sure when you pull the noose down onto you that the noose is sitting on and angle...you want the noose to be angled likes its leaning towards your body...i hope that makes sense...maybe someone else can explain it better seeing that i just got the hang of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] myself...good luck with it though
