Strange Marks While Stretching

I was doing the newbie stretching and noticed some weird marks on my penis. They were these white lines that went along the shaft. There were some oddness with the color, too. The remains of my foreskin (I'm circumcised) kind of started to... Um... rise maybe? Or start to over-flap, I guess? I don't know how to describe it.

All of these effects were very temporal, however. What do they mean?

These sound like stretch marks and you are lucky to have the lighter version in white as some get them in a red color. The white stretch marks eventually fade and become barely noticeable. This happens because your penis is getting bigger and the skin is making room for the growth.

Really? Already? This was my first attempt and I was experiencing these in the middle of my very first PE session.

I doubt they would happen on the first session, perhaps they were already there and you are now only seeing them. This happens to men when they start giving more attention to their penis, they are looking at it much more and notice things that previously went unseen.
