It can be in multiple sessions, but the session cannot be further than 30 minutes apart. The reason why is the reduction or ceasing of cellular regeneration after 30 minutes. Cells initiate repairs within the seconds, and as the window of continual stressor becomes longer, cells detect less and less stressors to worry about and engaged cooling period. All your hard work in getting the cells to engage just become cold, and now you have to restart it all over again.
Oh boy! I was thinkign that I will do one 2 hr session in the morning and another in the afternoon.
Will try tomorrow if I can do 2 hrs, take a break for 20 mins and do another for 2 hrs.

They recommend you pull the foreskin back before attaching the length master. I've worked with many brothers that are uncut and I found out that, pulling the foreskin back before attaching the length master hurts. I recommend you don't pull the foreskin back when attaching the length master.
 
In addition to pulling the foreskin back, make sure to wrap below the glans while keeping the foreskin pulled. We have detailed instruction on uncut wrapping methods as well.
