Straight upward vs downward stretching with Silistretcher

Which one is more beneficial? Downward or upward stretching.

I get it that both shoudl be done; but if I were to give more time to one of them, which one it should be.

Downward for sure brother. Upward is not that beneficial. Downward is where the magic at.
 
Don't forget side ways. Downwards focuses on the two upper ligaments, sideways stretch the ligaments to balance, and upwards balances the downward while stressing the base strong muscle tissues.
 
I am in Europe so I bought Phallosan instead of Silistretcher. Phallosan doesn't have upward pulling angle.
I improvised and using a binacular neck strap and that works fine; but wondered why Pahllosan wouldn't provide upward pulling.
That led me to the question.

I am using all angles at the moment; but just thought that to optimize the time that I can do this (2-3 hrs 5 days a week), should I de-priortize "Upward".

Focus on downward and left and right angles. Also, you should add at least 20 minutes of manual bundled stretches to your routine to make it more intense.

Europe here too, where did you buy the Pahllosan?. How do you like it so far?.

Im using the Jes-extender, 250hrs in but also done a lot of upwards stretching. And now learned that downward is more effective 👍.

Did gain 1cm bone pressed, can't complain but want more😄

How many months did it take you to gain 1cm?
 
1.5 years in total, but the first 230hrs made a gain of ca 0.9cm. I have started up again, but cant fit in much more than 1hr daily...
Phallosan is comfortable. Once you get a hang of it it is quick to put on. I just started couple of weeks ago and I can keep it on for 2 hrs at a time. I try to do 1.5 hrs 2 sessions at the moment. I don't think I can do more than that daily.

I had previously attempted cheaper versions of jes extender and they were way to uncomfortable. The vaccum bell to hold you glance is a better and comfortable concept.

We sell a very similar product in our store.Call the SiliStretcher. How did you come up with that math on how fast you'll gain?

If it's comfortable system, it should allow you to go up to 4 hours without too much discomfort. 1 to 2 hours means you may have the traction load dialed up way too high. Stay at medium or even low, which starts around 600g to 900g of traction force. Dial in at lower traction load for longer period of time, more than 4 hours, whenever you can. 2 hours is practically nothing. This is my suggestion only, but do some preliminary stretches using the SRT for 15 minutes before strapping on the Phallosan.

This is an optimistic expectation, where reality will vary vastly. If you're wearing a unit without stretching first, the success of getting 1cm is 50%, especially when you're wearing 4 hours or less in a day, even with 7 days a week. The problem is the tissues are not able to break down sufficiently to provide tissue remodeling, or a simpler term, proper growth. It takes 3 to 5 hours per day, wearing the extender/stretcher alone, to initiate the tissues to enter remodeling state. The additional hours wearing allows the cells to break down, reform, and repair to allow the penis to grow. 2 hours a day will fall far short of this. You may need 500 hours at this level just to see growth through the reality lens.

JES Extender and its clones are the same all around. The newer approach is the vacuum system where the bell/cup holds the glans in place for a more comfortable stretches. However, the downside is the vacuum pressure can cause the glans to have blisters, slippage because the penis shrinks, or bulky appearances in the pants. The amount of consumables (replacement for sleeves, comfort rings ,straps, etc.) can add up quite a bit over time.

Apply for my coaching service brother. You will only be training for 40 minutes daily and you will gain quicker too.

40 minutes length master session split into two 20 minutes sessions will bring gains quicker. Brothers have gained 0.75 inches to 1 inch in 3 months using the length master.

I do some warm up stretching beforehand. I read SRT.

I tried lengthmaster last year borrowed from my friend and I found it super uncomfortable to clamp the glance and yank at it. He also found it uncomfortable and stopped using it. I saw some videos of it and using rubber sleeve to protect galnce and avoid slippage etc. and tried that too; btuit was uncomfortable. I will send you a message and see what you propose in your trianing. Thanks.

It can be in multiple sessions, but the session cannot be further than 30 minutes apart. The reason why is the reduction or ceasing of cellular regeneration after 30 minutes. Cells initiate repairs within the seconds, and as the window of continual stressor becomes longer, cells detect less and less stressors to worry about and engaged cooling period. All your hard work in getting the cells to engage just become cold, and now you have to restart it all over again.

Oh boy! I was thinkign that I will do one 2 hr session in the morning and another in the afternoon.
Will try tomorrow if I can do 2 hrs, take a break for 20 mins and do another for 2 hrs.
