I was just wondering if you have a preference when it comes to manual/assisted stretching as far as do you stand or sit or both depending on what stretch you're doing or what you're using to stretch. Are some stretches more effective in one position over the other or is it just personal preference? I sit for most of mine except for BTW obviously (kinda hard to get it behind there if you're sitting on it) also I will actually lay back on my upward stretch. In a seated position, feet on the floor, I grab my dick and pull it up towards my belly button with as much tension I can handle I just lay back all the while trying to maintain that same tension 30 sec then from that go into rotary cranks holding it straight out. Also one thing I've noticed that I'm sure everybody else already knew but I'm still learning is to keep myself as relaxed as possible and not tense up when stretching and breathing properly. I've noticed when I exhale slow, kinda letting myself go relax, I get a really good pull on my ligs. Just simple things I'm learning but hey I'm learning, which makes it a good and productive day.
