Stetching-Do you have a preference?

I was just wondering if you have a preference when it comes to manual/assisted stretching as far as do you stand or sit or both depending on what stretch you're doing or what you're using to stretch. Are some stretches more effective in one position over the other or is it just personal preference? I sit for most of mine except for BTW obviously (kinda hard to get it behind there if you're sitting on it) also I will actually lay back on my upward stretch. In a seated position, feet on the floor, I grab my dick and pull it up towards my belly button with as much tension I can handle I just lay back all the while trying to maintain that same tension 30 sec then from that go into rotary cranks holding it straight out. Also one thing I've noticed that I'm sure everybody else already knew but I'm still learning is to keep myself as relaxed as possible and not tense up when stretching and breathing properly. I've noticed when I exhale slow, kinda letting myself go relax, I get a really good pull on my ligs. Just simple things I'm learning but hey I'm learning, which makes it a good and productive day.
 
I move all around when I stretch. Usually start standing, then when my legs get tired of standing I lay in bed, then when I'm tired of laying I get back up. Rinse and repeat for an hour or 2.
 
This reminds me about "energy" k 18 mentioned having to do with exerting more physical force.
I agree with the relaxed state for advantageous high tension deformation.
Same goes for size blasters since you must focus visual exertion right dld? It's cuz I'm still learning them ; i have to be actively aroused but relaxed enough for inner dick to give way correct?

The size blasters is one of the exercises I have a hard time wrapping my head around. I mean I'm reaching up in there trying to grab a hold of something but not sure if I'm getting a hold of the right thing. This exercise would be a great candidate for a video demo. If somebody has a good grasp on this exercise and not camera shy here's your chance. Hey youknowme123321 you've made some good instructional videos, wanna take a shot at this one?
 
i prefer lying down if i ever do manual stretches. it feels like my pelvic region is more 'open' and gets a better stretch as opposed to sitting down

I usually sit for stretching. I have been experimenting with a bunch of new stretching methods and I think all this work is paying off as I have a couple more exercises I am about to post. My efforts have been mainly of stretching and jelqing styles that encompass all parts of gaining within the exercise. The Double Rotary Stretch was the first of a few to come out.

i like to think of it is the most efficient way to get the maximum stretch. i'm doing 1 to 2 more thing while stretching my cock. how can that be lazy!!?? lol

you're in college...it will allow you to study and stretch at the same time. oh and smoke without having to stop a good intense stretch to take a hit.

I do all of my length master sessions when sitting at the edge of my bed. For girth work, I sit on a chair while watching adult entertainment on my phone.
