One more question - i read somewhere on here that, if possible, having sex after a girth workout helps with gains because you're engorged for however long you last. This correct? Because i have a date this weekend and want to give her a little extra ??
So 2 month update, though only one measurement. BPFSL reached 6.5in, half inch longer than erect length. I've also started doing the angion method for eq and vascularity. Honestly after 3 sessions of that my flaccid hang is huge, like i hit 4in nbpfl and fatter than I've ever been. Gonna keep doing a 1 on 1 off alternating my length routine and angion. Next measurement in a month ??
Thanks @DLD . I was also thinking of getting an extender, which would you recommend between a stealth stretcher or a sizedoctor?

Also I've noticed that even though I'm mainly doing length stretches, my erect girth has increased maybe more than my length. Definitely more noticeable

Hey @DLD Sometimes when i stretch downwards, i get a good tug in my pubiscus (fat pad area). This is a good sign, right?
