One more question - i read somewhere on here that, if possible, having sex after a girth workout helps with gains because you're engorged for however long you last. This correct? Because i have a date this weekend and want to give her a little extra ??

I always did girth work right before I had sex because I was at my biggest. Some people have issues with getting in erection after girth work but pop a Viagra and you’re good. With the Bathmate people can gain up to 1 inch or better in temporary gains which you can use in sex.
 
So 2 month update, though only one measurement. BPFSL reached 6.5in, half inch longer than erect length. I've also started doing the angion method for eq and vascularity. Honestly after 3 sessions of that my flaccid hang is huge, like i hit 4in nbpfl and fatter than I've ever been. Gonna keep doing a 1 on 1 off alternating my length routine and angion. Next measurement in a month ??

I highly recommend you continue doing this also. And like I said thank you for keeping track of the information and letting us know where you will gotten to. I really dig the month to month changes and I think it’s going to have a very big influence on your grill but still keep excellent records. Congratulations on the growth already, I’m very proud of you.
 
Also I've noticed that even though I'm mainly doing length stretches, my erect girth has increased maybe more than my length. Definitely more noticeable

Hey @DLD Sometimes when i stretch downwards, i get a good tug in my pubiscus (fat pad area). This is a good sign, right?

You’re going to get the most growth out of doing downward stretches and yes it is a very good sign if you’re feeling it below the fat pad.
 
90 day check in time-
No real "gains" but flaccid hang is thicker and seeing more new veins everyday. Introduced jelqing to my routine, starting with 100 2-second jelqs. Going to up the reps after a week or two.


Life expenses have gotten in the way of buying a stealth stretcher but i hope to get one soon. @DLD what would you say to 4hrs of traction followed by 4hrs of passive? Good for gains?
